Went very well. Mr Cutler responded quickly to my call and performed the work quickly and professionally.

He arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Job was done in a short time. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

At every step of the way he kept me informed of what was going on, what the issues were and made sure I was ok with him proceeding because doing so entailed cutting holes in walls and ceilings to try and trace the leak to source. The leak was located in a very awkward place to work but Mark managed to repair it. Overall, I cannot recommend Mark highly enough and I won't hesitate to call him next time we have any plumbing work needs doing. It was not simply that he did the job well, he was straight with me all the way and put himself out to help us.

Mark arrived at the agreed upon time, evaluated the situation and made recommendations. He left for a short time and came back with needed parts and supplies and water heater was replaced along with pressure reducing valve. From start to finish, it took about five hours.

He came the next morning, found the plumbing leak in the ceiling, between the second and first floor, and repaired it. Mark was prompt and did excellent work. We're glad that we've found our forever plumber!!!

He's trustworthy and reasonably priced. He did what he said he was going to do and he did it well. He wasn't trying to take advantage of us.

I initially called Mark about installing a gas dryer fuelled by propane. He explained the possible difficulties on the phone and I immediately called Sears to switch to an electric dryer(for which the home was already set) because I wanted a dryer quickly. No big deal. Mark then came out to my home to assess and inspect for the possibility of installing a gas (fuelled by propane) range. I am totally new to propane and MY mistake was thinking it was just like natural gas. After taking a look and examining the propane set up in my home, Mark said he needed to talk to the propane provider regarding regulators because a range requires a great increase in BTU's. He called me back about a week later and explained the situation as it stood in my home. The overall cost of the project exceeded the cost of the potential range and I decided against this installation as well. However, I do have an issue with water heaters which will need to be rectified in the near future and I plan to call Mark to help me with this situation. I am new to the home and have other priority projects before I tackle the water heaters. I do not think one could find a more honest and forthright plumber when it comes to estimating potential costs. Mark also figured out how to save some money on the range project, but it simply wasn't enough to offset the labor and supplies needed to do the job properly. Having always lived in states where plumbing is a permitted and regulated function of a home, I am beginning to learn here in Maryville that sometimes things are bit too lax and cheaper may not always be the best solution. Thank you Mark for your time and efforts.

The price was a little bit high. There were no dislikes. He's fair. He's efficient. He's professional. Based on what they accomplished, I would say their price is an A. I would absolutely use them in the future.

This is the second time I've used Mark and he again impressed. I called him on a Saturday morning at 8:30 and he was at my home within 2 hours. He quickly fixed my leaking hot water hose, drained the water from the overflow pan and also replaced the other water line as well. Mark noticed a small gas leak while working on the hot water heater so he replaced the gas line too. Mark does great work and he is very professional and neat. He spent about 2 hours doing the work. I will use Mark again.

I called and spoke to Mark early in the morning. He said he was busy for most of the day but would try his best to come out that afternoon, which he did, although he didn't call first, which was okay since I work at home. I showed him the hall bathroom toilet; he took a look and got right to work. No more leak! I did think the price was a little high,but on the other hand I didn't have to crawl underneath or inside a toilet! A lot can be said for that. I'd definitely use him again. He was very nice and professional.

We had prepaid for a Plumber through an online seller. After speaking to the company and getting the run around, we requested a credit. I headed to Angies list and liked the fact that Mr. Cutler was local and had 35 years of experience. I called to make an appointment and Mr. Cutler answered the phone himself. I told him what we needed and he was at our house in less than an hour. We lucked out as another customer had to cancel due to a work issue. A one piece toilet install takes lots of experience, patience and know how. We are very happy with the result. Mr. Cutler was very nice and if we have any more problems in the future, we would not hesitate to call him.

Mark was great. He called me back immediately and we discussed the problem over the phone. Since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled a time for him to come out later that week. He showed up on time in a professional marked truck and attire. He evaluated the situation and went to work right away. He cut out the old cast iron flange and installed a new PVC flange using a connection boot. This was a very tight space but he made it work with no problems. He had to keep going under the house and back up to the bathroom repeatedly until he knew it was perfect. He mounted the flange to the floor and then reset the toilet. After noticing that my second toilet was leaking Mark even explained and showed me the proper way to set a toilet so I can complete this work myself. I can't say enough good things about Cutler Plumbing. Mark is the owner and the one who does all the work. He is experienced, quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced. It is nice to have found a plumber that I can trust. I will only call Cutler Plumbing from now on!

Mark was awesome! He not only came and did what I requested but he actually found several other things that needed attention. He was timely and did a great job. His price was fair in my estimation especially considering the quality of his work and professionalism. This is the second time I've used Mark and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

Marc came out promptly. Looked at the job and started. He came back after Thanksgiving and completed the work. He was not only capable but took care to do an attractive job.

Mark was able to fit me in despite the current surge in demand due to a recent cold snap. He arrived promptly, traced the location of both punctures, and replace the pipe in about an hour despite the pipe's difficult location.
