Description of Work: Zoned geothermal residential system. They did a great job. Very good communication and follow thru. I would not hesitate to recomend.

Description of Work: They responded immediately to a call for a non-functioning central air conditioner. It had been worked on by another company who completely ruined it and the entire thing needed to be replaced. A&L did a superior job at a reasonable price and we have not had a problem since. They now do our semi-annual maintence and we will definitely call them in the future for any problems.

Description of Work: The serviceman from A&L arrived on time. He was very professional and extremely trustworthy. I explained the problem to him, and then he went to inspect our unit. He didn't have the part he needed with him on his truck,so he called his office to check availability. Another service truck brought the part to him within 20 mins. |A&L services different brands of heating units/heat pumps,but they do have the Bryant symbol on their vans. My unit happened to be a Bryant,so this may have played a small role with them getting the part so quickly. I felt it necessary to mention this to be fair. I don't believe there are very many different brands of heat pumps. |All in all, I am very satisfied with their service & professionalism. They are very fair with their pricing & will not take advantage of a female customer. That means they won't talk down to a woman if she doesn't understand how a unit functions. |**Personally I know that this company is Very Dependable. Their employees are reliable and honest. I am very happy to recommend them.

Description of Work: They serviced my air conditioning units.

Description of Work: Aaron and his crew replaced HVAC ducting associated with a laundry room/kitchen/family room remodel done with Master Custom Home Remodeling as the general contractor. (That is why we aren't able to state a specific cost associated with his service.) They also assembled and installed an over-the-cooktop vent hood that we purchased from Sears. The Sear installer said he couldn't and didn't install this particular vent hood because it was so difficult, no problems and excellent workmanship from the A&L crew. Additionally, they re-routed gas lines for the gas logs in our fireplaces and installed new regulator/control units. How about this for attention to detail, Aaron took pictures of the gas logs in the fireplace so that when they reinstalled them they would be in the original positions! They are perfectionists. Aaron holds many state licenses, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, I think the only one he doesn't have is the full bore electrical. What is the significance of this? He know what will help and hinder the associated trades so that his work is helpful and won't require extra work by another trade and, in fact, will actually help them. What a concept! We are getting quotes from him for the HVAC unit now and have no reason to look further given his professionalism and past performance. He's THE MAN.
