If the is not done 110% perfect then for him it’s not done right and that means the job is not finished. Oh and if he tells u he will do something and that he will do it 100% the right way then u can take those words to the bank and know that the job will be done right the first time. If he gives u a time frame on a job u can trust that he will do everything in his power to make sure that the job is completed in that time frame. Mike is highly recommend by a lot of people in multiple states. The pictures with the latter’s is the last gutter job that I help him on which was on a 2 story house with a little extra facia work for the front gutters. The pictures of the gray building is another job he has completed with a happy customer. "

"Started work at 7 Am am completed at 230 pm. Cleaning a steel roof requires a constant safety awareness and this company places safety first. The roof and walls were made to look to like new. I highly recommend this company and will use them to do other work that is going to be required."

"ZERO stars should be an option! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The quality of the merchandise is good, however, the company itself leaves a GREAT deal to be desired. We ordered 2 fireplace inserts, and it took nearly 6 months for the units and parts to come in. Once they did come in, it took another month for scheduling. Bear in mind, that there were absolutely no calls, emails, or any other form of communications from the company unless I CALLED THEM. When the installation was to be done, they made an error in the order. They ordered a natural gas unit, when we are on propane. They were WELL aware that we use propane, so even more delays. After installation was finally completed, the direct vent unit that was installed in our master bedroom started to flame out. Bear in mind that this happened during the coldest portion of this past winter! I spoke with their technical support personnel about this and they made suggestions as they believed that it had to do with airflow (to much or to little). After making the adjustments, I informed them that both dampers were FULLY closed, and it would still flame out, but would last far longer than before. Both of our units were to be remote control thermostats. We got the one that we were supposed to for the master bedroom, but they forgot to bring the one for the living room, so we were given a temporary remote to use with it, and they said "We will bring the correct one the next time we are in your area." Guess what...no remote, no sighting of personnel, or anything. So, appointments have been made and rescheduled since January, and the unit is STILL NOT FIXED. Once again, ZERO communication from this company unless I called them first! This complete lack of communication is just not acceptable from any service oriented company, no matter if this was the '70s, or the modern time in which we live. I understand that things happen such as employee illness, COVID, etc. Just TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON. It seems that this simple courtesy is far to much to ask from this company."

"We had Able Cleaning prepare a newly bought, 30-year-old house for us before we arrived. With our agreement, they did a lot more than clean the carpets--they replaced dead light bulbs, replaced incandescent lightbulbs with LED ones, replaced batteries in smoke alarms, repaired or replaced beat-up windows blinds, and deep-cleaned everything including the garage floor. We arrived with a list of small things needing attention beyond their ability. It made our arrival with all our belongings to much easier. Their attention to detail and flexibility is the very best. Highly recommended."

"Hired for a million dollar roofing / patio repair in a 13 unit hi-end townhome community -always MIA on the job site. Our HOA board has threatened legal action due to slow progress. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"
