Description of Work: Their price was excessive and did not use them. I was never able to get the $400 I paid for the deal returned. Me Bennett was not very nice and hard to get a hold of.

Description of Work: Mr. Bennett met with me within 24 hours of my phone call. He evaluated my roof and took pictures of the problems so that he could discuss needed repairs with me. His crew came the next week an took care of all the problems on my roof. They left the property spotless and I have not found any lost nails on the driveway or in the grass. Will call Mr Bennett the next time I need any roofing work.

Very prompt and professional; gave me some pointers on needed maintenance in the future with no pressure to have it done immediately or by his company. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: "This is the 2nd time we have used this company and both times they did a great job. They came when they said they would and cleaned everything up when they were finished. We were having a hard time deciding on the color of shingles to use. They came to our home and put 3 bundles of shingles in different areas of the roof so we could see how they would look in the sun and in the shade. I would definitely use them again."

Sealed my chimney, installed addition flashing to direct run-off to the gutter, and seal associated shingles. Price was fair and I haven't had additional issues. Recommended them to my boss as well and they replaced his roof.

Mr. Bennett was very honest with us and gave us a good estimate on what it would cost to repair the roof. He is highly recommended.

Description of Work: I had purchased a special roof evaluation off of Angie's List because I was concerned about the roof possibly leaking. He looked around for a bit, took some photos of an area on the roof that needed repair, quoted me $500 for the repair, and said it would be three weeks before he could get me in. | |He tried to call me a week and a half later while I was out of town to fix the roof, and that was the last I heard from him. He was very nice, but ultimately I did not feel like I got my money's worth on the roof evaluation.

Of quotes I got, the only provider that included higher-quality Duration shingles in quote, in addition to standard Oakridge architectural shingles. Answered all my questions. Job took two days because of rain forecast. Cleaned up well.

I helped him located some recommended roofers thru Angie's List and Carl Bennett Roofing came the next day and took care of issue. Very impressive response and service.
