David came out to my home and made a thorough presentation about how they would proceed with replacing my roof. I had five estimates and was happiest with the price, procedure, and punctuality of this company. I would highly recommend them.

i check angie list and had good reviews so I could had called him he came out looked at my roof told me he was going to send me an estimate and never did

I listed the 3 dates that I preferred, but I never heard from the vendor. I finally called them, and he wasn't aware of the purchase. I scheduled the service for 10AM today. He didn't show, and when I called he said that he wasn't able to make the time and needed someone else to come with him because of the type of roof that I have. He said he "Lost my number", and that's why he hasn't called me. I told him I would have to call him back, as I was not impressed with his lack of professional.

Everything went great. They got there when they were supposed to and the roof looks nice. They provided me the lowest quote, and actually, i only just now realized i never left them a feedback. They did the job back february 2016, it is now april 2017, and ive not had any problems so far with my roof. This is for a roof for a 1950 square foot ranch house, for the dimensional shingles, ridge vent, ice/water shield, drip edge, and 5 sheets of plywood

It didn't - I called Carl on March 14 and gave him my request, the address and the tenant's name and contact number. He promised to go by the house the next day and call me. I texted him two days later to ask if he had been to the job site. Never heard from him.

Since they never showed; it didn't go at all.

After they inspected it, they sent out two workers and the were able to seal around the piping to get rid of the leak. The leak has been repaired.

Called and left message describing situation. Company never returned called. Yes - this is a small job. A quick call back saying you are too busy, short-handed, too small a job for the business would be appreciated. No call back delays the customer in finding a suitable repair company. We end up calling 2, 3, 4, 5 companies at one time hoping one will call back !

Carl showed up within two hours of being called. Did a temporary patch and returned a few days later to perform permanent fix. Great job. Good price. Very trustworthy.

Carl responded to our first call and replaced a plumbing boot on the roof that had dried out. He responded within a few days of our call. Replace the boot and sent us a bill which we promptly paid. Afterwards, when we realized we had an additional leak around our chimney we called him to come back to inspect and repair. After two months of "being on the list" we asked to get off the list and we would look for someone else. At one point we told him if he couldn't get to us just let us know and we would look for someone else. He confirmed he wanted to to the work, but just never got here. Sorry it didn't work out. Looking for another roofer at this point

Mr. Bennett is a very nice and gentle man, not a bit of pressure, extremely accommodating. He did the job for what the insurance paid, no muss no fuss. They showed up when they said they would, got the work done in less than two days, and did a spectacular job of cleaning up; and it looks amazing! I was dreading the whole process, but Mr. Bennett made it very easy.

I had to call them. It took a long time to get to me. I had to call them. They weren't really good at contacting me. And when they came to see the roof, they said they can't do the inspection because my roof is too big so I wasn't completely thrilled about that. What they should have done is they should have asked me before I got there to what kind of roof I have. I thought they were lacking on what they did. At least if they have better explanation in the process, I would have appreciated it. Ironically, they have the highest reviews in Angie's List. I had actually put a phone number there to call me. They came 4 weeks from the initial purchase.

I never had the service done. They were unresponsive and we've had problems communicating. We ended up purchasing a deal from another company on Angie's List and asked for asked for our money back from Carl Bennett.

Very courteous and trustworthy - repaired our detached garage roof with a patch and new shingles. Works great.

In repsonse to my call last week about a minor leak in my roof, Carl Bennett responded as promised this morning. He arrived promtly about 20 minutes after his call, with his crew. Crew members inspected the roof and found a vent not sealed properly. They inspected the attic from within and verfied that the vent was the problem. The leaky vent, was sealed, along wih 3 others as a precaution. The service call was prompt, and the work was done immediately at a very reasonable cost. Have used this service once before, and will definitely use Carl Bennett Roofing Co should any future prolems arrive. (Please note that Carl Bennett Roofing Co did not install my roof - it was installed back in 2011 after a damaging hail storm, by a different crew, for the previous owner.)

He lost his notes on what type & color of shingles we needed so he had to reattach the shingles that were falling off instead of replacing them with new shingles. I think he should have discounted the price since he didn't provide the materials.

He's really good. He's honest. He thought it was going to be higher, but he was able to do it for less and charged us less. Someone else quoted $800, so I'm really happy with him. He's been in business for a lot of years and knows his stuff. I found him on Angie's List. He actually came back out to look after we had some hail damage. He came back and went back up on the roof to look, so he's definitely a great guy. I am definitely going to use him in the future. He's definitely on my list to use again. He's professional and cost-effective. He's a good contractor, somebody you want who doesn't try to cheat you. I trust him and he's good.

The contractor came when he said he would., He went up on the roof and checked the vents and roof. He repaired the roof vents which had become loose, screws had come out. After repairing the roof vents he came down and gave me a full report of the roofs condition, and an approximate time he thought I would need a new roof. (5 Years).I couldn't have asked for more.

Mr Bennett was very pleasant and professional. The house I needed him to look at has a leak and he explained that the service I bought would not fix my problem so he did not perform the services listed in the coupon because it would be a waste of my money. I would hire Mr Bennett to do any work I could afford in the future.

He came and looked at the situation and informed me that he would not be able to help me. He advised me to get a mason.

I took advantage of their $99 inspection offer. Inspected the roof, provided some options regarding repairs, and provided a timely estimate. Great work.
