The work was expertly done. They even cleaned the heavy traffic area in all the rooms. This cleaning is the best that's been done since I've had my carpet.. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Arrived on time. Cheerfully performed all the services I asked. We had some pet stains and his equipment took them out. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work.

It was fine. Only one guy came out, but he did everything he was supposed to do. I was impressed that he remembered where everything he moved needed to go back.

I contacted the provider by email through Angie's List and chose three possible days for the carpets to be cleaned. Mr. Kelly Wilmoth responded right away and the appointment was set up. He arrived yesterday morning right on time, just as we were moving the last of the sofas and vacuuming the carpet. We have quality carpeting, 25 years old and holding up remarkably well, but we also have 3 dogs and the accompanying stains and tracked-in dirt. The red clay here in East Tennessee is a beast to clean out of carpeting, and I had resigned myself to accepting it or replacing it. I hired CleanCorp because of their good reviews and for their "eco-friendly" methods--although I was skeptical that carpets could be thoroughly cleaned without using harsh solutions and methods. But Kelly delivered as promised: the carpets were cleaned without being saturated with steam; there was no odor, dampness or residue; and they were ready for use within minutes. The process was remarkably quiet and unobtrusive, and was finished in about an hour. And best of all, with the accumulated dirt, mud, spills, and my attempts at spot-cleaning removed, the carpet has never looked better! On principle I am opposed to ripping out perfectly good home appliances, cabinets, fixtures and decor and dumping them in the landfill, just because they are old or happen to be the wrong color/style/finish. Using CleanCorp is so much less expensive and more responsible than clogging the landfill with large swaths of carpeting and then ordering and installing new flooring. I am very happy with the results, and happy that my old carpet is fresh and clean and will continue to be serviceable for a good long time.

It went well and I heard no complaints. They came in and were on time. They were kind and courteous and we'll use them again. They did a good job at a reasonable cost.

Beverly and Kelly are extremely professional. They do a phenomenal job and are incredibly thorough. We insisted our friends give them a try and they were just as blown away as we were and now use them every other week also. I have always cleaned my own house and we don't have a whole lot of extra money to throw around, but Cleancorp is worth every penny. My house is spotless and I don't have to spend my entire day off scrubbing the house. I would give up cable before I gave up Beverly. You will not find anyone else as professional and thorough that is also so affordable.

We have very light colored carpet, which is in pretty good shape, but likely original to the house so it has had several previous cleanings. This was by far our best experience. The carpet was never soaked and did dry thoroughly in a couple of hours. To me, this was a more thorough cleaning than a ChemDry process, which I have also used in the past. Kelly (the owner) was very meticulous and thorough. I am extremely satisfied.
