Kelly contacted me right away. We discussed what needed to be done and agreed on price. He showed up at the exact time he said he would and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend and will definitely tell my friends about him.

Amazing!! We were on the fence about replacing our carpets but decided to give it one more go before doing so. The carpets look brand new after Kelly came out and cleaned for us and the best part, they were dry within an hour! Highly recommend.

Kelly arrived right on time and went right to work on the carpets. We had some pet stains on the bedroom carpet and they are either totally gone or very lightened. The carpet was dry in an hour or two which is a huge plus! The area rug looks so much better and most of the dirt and stains are gone. I was always hesitant to clean the rug since it set on top of hardwood but with his system, very little water was remaining. I will use this company again!

It was satisfactory. The only problem I have is the areas that are always so hard to deal with like the heavy areas where you walk in the door. It's probably more of the carpeting than anything else. They were very responsive.

He did alright. I paid him an extra $10 for a little job. After the next day there were places that weren't touched and I probably should have called him back. He did the job that he was paid to do.

Kelly was wonderful! Very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I paid for 3 rooms and a hall, but I needed the stairs cleaned instead of one of the rooms; he accepted the exchange. Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I definitely will call Kelly and will tell my friends about him too.

Did a great job also had them get the smoke smell out of the rental condo. The ozone machine rid the house of smoke odor. This was amazing and would recommend both services.

Provided appeared to be in a hurry. He did move some furniture, which many carpet cleaning companies will not do, but the finished job was amateurish. Possibly because we told him we had were putting the house on the market.

I phoned to have our carpets cleaned before our house went on the market. We have 3 sons, 2 cats and 2 large dogs. Kelly returned my phone call promptly and was able to come the following week. He honored the coupons on Angie's List which was a great deal for the amount of carpet he cleaned. I was very happy that it was not the normal wet process of carpet cleaning. The furniture and the pets and kids were able to use the carpets within an hour after the cleaning. No waiting until the next day for the carpets to dry. There was a small odor to the cleaner, but not bothersome. Kelly was able to get out some tough stains. The only stain that could not be removed totally was the one from the dye running into the wall to wall carpet from a wet throw rug. Kelly was very professional, prompt and worked well with us and around the pets.
