We are a family owned company ready to serve you and your family 24 hours a day. We have a showroom set up so you can visually see garage doors and other products we offer. Whether your are the need of a garage door for a new project or just want to upgrade an existing door we offer a free estimate we come to your house to measure and discuss options you have. A basic service call includes lubing all moving parts, checking rollers,tracks,springs and all hardware,openers checked as well. All work is done by a trained professional that is employed by Buttrams Garage Doors and specialty products we use no subcontractors. I tried to pay cash at time of repair, which was DECLINED. Customer tried to contact, was told they had no knowledge of repair. Then turned repair over to collection! Door left UNSAFE and fell on customer, and of course NOW they claim no responsibility, it's a collection matter. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they are NOT FAMILY owned as advertised. Owned out of Knoxville, Tn. BEWARE YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!"
