"This company is extremely predatory! A family member had an hvac unit installed approx 4 years ago and every year the heat would not function properly and would switch to auxiliary emergency mode and was told "it's too cold to run properly." It never was frozen over.ot just wouldn't turn on! She has lived in climates with -20 degree winters and 20 year old appliances and never had the heat not work due to it being "too cold". During the summer, her AC never pumped out cold air properly and was told "it's too hot for it too work properly." Literally every few months she had the unit "serviced" and would have to call back when it stopped working again. The unit had a 10 year manufacturer warranty and each time she had someone come out she was told parts and services were not included! Each time she had to fight with them to say she has the warranty and didnt have to pay. She was also told no one could service this equipment other than them or it would void the warranty. After contacting the manufacturer of the unit, they said that was an out right lie and when we brought that up to the technician he admitted that she was told a lie. We were told the owner would come and assess the unit personally but never showed and only sent techs. Only until she mentioned her son in laws dad was a retired general contractor and was going to send in one of his guys to check the unit did they finally find the problem they couldn't seem to find the last few years. Had she not fought about the warranty, called traine, and spoke with family, this company would have charged her over $800-1000 each time they came out to "fix" the problem. To do that to a older widow is disgusting and people should be aware of what this company does to it's customers. We will also be reporting to them better business bureau and to trane."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"ð WOW! My request for an unusual home inspection was going to be difficult to say the least. I hired Shawn to inspect a piece of property with a two car garage on it and several smaller outbuildings, including a metal carport. Seeing as I am from out of state, I needed someone to be my boots on the ground and eyes in the sky to look out for my interest on the condition of the buildings and the layout of the land. Knowing there was some cleanup required on property (the house on the property previously burned down) would not have been aware of the extent without Shawnâ s pictures and report. Shawn discovered major problems, some well hidden with the unattached garage, the outbuildings were derelict at best and the metal carport in the MLS listing was totally MIA! The beautiful rolling property with trails (Shawn discovered no trails) that led to a creek was extreme with 100 foot plus drop off if I had wanted to access the creek that backed up the property. That some cleanup on the property included completely burned down home, not to mentioned in the MLS listing burn appliances and all! From washer/dryer, water heater, stove, etc., to even the remnants of the wood-burning stove! Shawn was thorough with his report. Professional. And matters to meâ ¦ A great friendly Respectful personality! I personally would recommend Shawn for your property/home inspections! He was very careful not to track any dirt in the home, and he was very patient and detailed in explaining all of his findings and was glad to take as much or little time as I needed for him to answer my questions. He is certainly very knowledgable and has lots of cool tools and gadgets in order to do the best inspection possible.. His report was detailed but easy to understand, and it had lots of photos... this was very helpful for me to easily forward it to a contractor and an electrician for quick estimates. I will be recommending him to all my clients."
