Pols Heating and Cooling LLC

This company is extremely predatory! A family member had an hvac unit installed approx 4 years ago and every year the heat would not function properly and would switch to auxiliary emergency mode and was told "it's too cold to run properly." It never was frozen over.ot just wouldn't turn on! She has lived in climates with -20 degree winters and 20 year old appliances and never had the heat not work due to it being "too cold". During the summer, her AC never pumped out cold air properly and was told "it's too hot for it too work properly." Literally every few months she had the unit "serviced" and would have to call back when it stopped working again. The unit had a 10 year manufacturer warranty and each time she had someone come out she was told parts and services were not included! Each time she had to fight with them to say she has the warranty and didnt have to pay. She was also told no one could service this equipment other than them or it would void the warranty. After contacting the manufacturer of the unit, they said that was an out right lie and when we brought that up to the technician he admitted that she was told a lie. We were told the owner would come and assess the unit personally but never showed and only sent techs. Only until she mentioned her son in laws dad was a retired general contractor and was going to send in one of his guys to check the unit did they finally find the problem they couldn't seem to find the last few years. Had she not fought about the warranty, called traine, and spoke with family, this company would have charged her over $800-1000 each time they came out to "fix" the problem. To do that to a older widow is disgusting and people should be aware of what this company does to it's customers. We will also be reporting to them better business bureau and to trane.

I found Pol’s Heating and Cooling quite by accident. I was trying to contact my usual HVAC company, but they hadn’t returned my calls in several days. I eventually called the original salesman for my Trane units. Found out he had moved to a new company: Pol’s. We talked for a while. He suggested I try Pols for my problem. Nathan, one of Pol’s techs, arrived and did a great job for me. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Efficient. Thorough. Great communicator. I learned more about my HVAC system in the hour he was here than I had in years from my original supplier. Nathan even identified a roof leak I’d been trying to locate for months. The price for the work was reasonable and I felt sure it was done properly. I’m switching my future HVAC business to Pol’s Heating and Cooling.

Good pricing, tech's (Jason and Michael and Nathan joined after lunch) were good, Prompt and timely, all old equipment removed and job site left neat and clean. Give them a call!

Didn't go. Rep. said I needed a complete new unit. Got a price of $8500. Could note get financing. Got a unit installed for $3500.

I was very satisfied, he was good and great and I would use him again in the future and his price was reasonable.

It was good. He was quick, he knew what he was doing, he was really nice and definitely I would use him again.

They were decent, honest and we like them. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and they knew what they're doing.

The service was great. They were fast and on time.

Great service. Got my AC running again. Highly recommended.
