I was very happy with the work that the technician performed.

I called Turn Key plumbing a few weeks ago to ask someone to come out and look at my toilet that routinely overflows. Mike came out, flushed toiet paper down, asked several questions. He gave me my options as to what I could do. He suggested replacing my toilet which had been here since 1975. The flush was very slow. He recommended pumping my septic tank at least every 5 years. He gave me options of how I could locate my septic tank inlet and outlet. I chose the camera. He told me the prices everything would be. He spent about 30 minutes educating me and explaining my options. Two weeks later after ordering a toilet, (Mike had recommended one of 2 brands), I called Turn Key and scheduled an installation and septic tank pumping. Cale and Greg came out as scheduled and worked over 5 hours installing the toilet, digging the septic tank, pumping it, replacing covers, removing clogs. Kris was here as well part of the day working. After their work was completed, they did a thorough job of cleaning up. All 4 were very courteous and professional. They worked the whole time they were here and worked hard. Each one of them explained different things to me, what they were doing and why, what I should do in the future if problems arise, etc. The price was much lower than I would expect for over 5 hours of dirty hard work. I was thoroughly pleased with all aspects and would certainly use Turn Key again when needed.

Job went very quick and without any problems. They have done numerous types of work at my home, from fixing leaks to installing a new tankless water heater. All jobs done excellent. I only use Turn Key if I have problems.

Septic backed up, emergency call, they came out the same day. Requested a quote to do a new install; No Response.

There was one problem with a granite countertop but they corrected that in a timely manner. Their plumbers were professional and pleasant to work with. I am really pleased with their services. We call them so we don't have to worry for a callback. They are very prompt. They come out when they say they do. If there is a delay there again, they call you so you're always notified. Their prices are within where it should be for plumbing services. We've had them out on several occasions. We've used them several times in the past few years.

It was excellent. I liked everything, the price was reasonable, they were on time and the work was neat. The technician was very polite. I would highly recommend them. I found out afterwards that they do a lot of work and they are a pretty big company.

The plumber replaced a control valve and flushed out the valve body. let us know that replacement parts for this manufacturer are available online and covered by a lifetime warranty. No issues.

The two employees were very professional. I was offered an option to install a riser and lid to make the next pump out cheaper and easier, but after they finished they said the condition of my tank did not warrant more frequent clean outs and it was not all that far below grade, so it wasn't really needed. I greatly appreciated the honesty.

Contacted Turn Key Plumbing (TKP) on Monday 4/26/10 about a backup in drain to septic system (told them it was not an emergency); they had someone on site Tuesday 4/27/10 afternoon. *** First thing done was to run a camera down the drain - determined that there was water standing in the drain, that is, not all draining into septic tank. Using the camera head as a beacon, they located the septic tank and uncovered the inlet lid: septic tank was full, so they recommended having it pumped so they could do further investigation. *** Pumping was done on Wed 4/28/10 (by AAA Septic Tank Sevice). *** TKP did further investigation on Thu 4/29/10 and determined that it was indeed a drainfield problem, probably due to lack of regular septic tank service [see note below]. They checked for a blocked drainfield feeder line, but found few debris; however, sending water into it resulted in a backup, indicating a non-functional drainfield. *** Before TKP could do repairs, we needed to get a permit for septic system work from the Groundwater Protection organization; called that office on Fri 4/30/10 to determine how to do so, found that we could, for our county, do it online. Inspector also was able to visit our property Friday afternoon and begin work on the permit. *** Picked up the permit (signature required) on Monday 5/3/10 and FAXed a copy to TKP (had called to get their FAX number and tell them to expect it). *** Got a call from TKP on Tue 5/4/10 stating that they would get things scheduled; they needed to do a "OneCall" to verify no underground utilities before digging. Discussed the work and learned that an "extension" could be fitted to septic tank to facilitate access for pumping (so that it wouldn't have to be unearthed each time). *** TKP called Wed 5/5/10 to state that they were getting started on the project. When we arrived home on Wed, they were in the 'finishing up' stage, and finally completed everything about 6:00P or so. This type of work is, by nature, invasive, so much soil was disturbed. TKP did a good job in leveling the yard and cleaning up things as much as possible. They provided a sketch showing the location of the new drainfield. The inspector had already been there, so the project was complete. *** While this was not a particularly "discretionary" spending project (it was "necessity"), we are pleased with the service provided by Turn Key Plumbing and have no qualms about recommending their work. We have no direct way of comparing costs, but assume that the price would be about average for the work involved. *** [Note]: It's probably no real excuse for us, but we did not know that septic tanks require regular, e.g., 3 year or so, pumping. It would have been nice to have the Septic Tank Owner's Guide provided when we bought the house! So, to any who read this, do a bit of Internet research to learn how best to maintain your septic system!

They have come out on many occasions as there was of work. They were prompt and their pricing was reasonable. They were very pleasant and never complained. They fixed all the problems in the house and fixed it the first time.

Turn Key actually subcontracted the work to another company who installed a sleeve and new water line into the house using a Directional Boring machine. The actual plumbing could have been done by a somewhat skilled amateur.

We had water dripping in the basement from the kitchen area, but we could not tell where it was coming from. He found a small pinhole in a water supply and fixed the problem. They showed up on time, were neat, courteous and thorough with all aspects of the job. We are in west Knoxville and have used this company several times over the last 12 years or so. Work is always good and fair priced.

I do not know exactly what happened to my toilet bowl it just started running all the time and leaking from the bottom. I called on Turn Key and they came within the next day or so. They just told me to make sure I shut the water line off in the meantime. I do not know exactly what they did to fix it because I never asked, but whatever it was it worked. Everything works fine now and I have no complaints.

Everything was great about Turn Keys work was great. Their work, the price, and the people were very nice. There was great satisfaction having something installed correctly the first time. It did not take them very long to install and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along.
