Very honest, they pretty much saved our home, they were excellent. I highly recommend them.

The faucet had a ceramic disk on the end of the shut off stem instead of a rubber washer. The disk had broken. We had to cut the faucet off and replace it. Took about 45 minutes, excellent job and a great guy. It would have taken me all day to do it.

Tech was promt, element installed and second element was checked to see if it was working.

Tried for weeks to get a plumber to come check on low water pressure on outside spigot. Couldn't even get anyone to return our calls. Made one call to Turn Key and left message. Got a call back the next day and scheduled the repair visit. The guys arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed the issue, found the problem (burst water line) and fixed it in under an hour. What a concept... great customer service and quality work! Would highly recommend. A+

It's a series of 4 little tanks and they had to do a lot of plumbing modifications into the main water system. It took about 7 hours and it was about $170 for the parts that they had to use. It was a big job. It was more than I had hoped, but I still think it was fair. I think the guy did very neat quality work. We have no leaks or anything. There was a lot of stuff involved. He did a good job. They have done work for us several times and each time we've been very pleased with their work, the quality of their work, and the courteousness of their workers.

While it was a long process, it was resolved to our satisfaction. Mike was FANTASTIC. Many techs came out , but Mike never gave up. He was kind, courteous and professional. The price was fair considering we had many techs come out over a period of 2 months to try and solve the problem. This was not an easy fix. I am pleased with the results and would hire them again.

Called and was advised could be at my home about 10 am to clear a drain line for the kitchen and garage laundry area. Plumber called about an hour later and was here before 9 am. Snaked the pipe in the crawl space to clear the clog. Very prompt and efficient service, price was reasonable. Second time I have used Turn Key and will be sue to call again for service needed.

We started out getting information on Tankless Water Heaters. Mike came out and explained the different types and the pluses and minuses of each kind to help us make an educated decision...he was very thorough. While he was there I asked about a toilet problem and he checked it and advised a new toilet be installed. They did that soon after the visit and did an excellent job. Once he explained the process of getting a new Gas Tankless Water Heater, we contacted the gas company and got the gas installed and then Turn Key got us all hooked up and ready for the gas company to turn on the gas. Once that was done, they came back and finished the installation on the new Water Heater and disconnected the old one. Their employees were skilled, efficient and courteous while in our home. They finished the job quicker than they predicted and we have a wonderful efficient new Tankless Water Heater. We will definitely use Turn Key Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

They were extremely nice and polite. They cleaned up everything when they were done, and they did the job in the expected time range. They showed up on time, and the price was what was quoted.

Called on a Saturday morning after the utility company had been notified of a leak. Water was turned off by utility company and we were given a recommendation to call Turn Key. We did and received prompt, courteous, and professional service. I had visions of us being without water for most of the day if not longer, when in fact, from the time we were made aware of the leak until the work was completed and things were working again, it was about 3.5 hours. I was very impressed with attitude, prompt service and the professionalism and skill displayed. I give my highest recommendation to this company and it's employees!

Had some people working in the crawl space that notified me that I had a couple of problems. Called Turn Key and they were able to get someone to my house in a very short time. The quickly identified the issue with the drain and fixed it quickly. The other leak was not visible but the took the time to try and find the source and made recommendations on how to best attack the problem. He replaced what we thought was causing the problem even tho we could not actually see the actual leak until he pulled the pipe from the wall. I was very happy with the effort and results.

They do a good job. They are very reliable and fair. They always do what they say they are going to do.

There were several delays in getting the job started due to below freezing temperatures, snow and then heavy rain. Turn Key Plumbing was flexible and even offered to do the work in the poor conditions if I had wanted it done. We waited until the first good spring day to do the work. Everyone was prompt in arriving at the site and they came with all of the equipment needed to get the job done. The two individuals who completed the replacement worked tirelessly. Threading the PEX pipe through the PVC was no easy task but they got it done. They were pretty much exhausted by the end of the day. The quality of workmanship was excellent and I really appreciated their clean up efforts after the work was completed. If I have any plumbing work to do in the future I will be going to Turn Key Plumbing.

They are timely, give excellent service, they're fair and they do great work.

I call Turn Key Plumbing on Wednesday morning (10-22-2014 9:00 am) to schedule work for hooking up the grill to the gas line. I was told that someone would have to get back to me and get the details. This person was to call with in the next hour or so. That afternoon around 3:00 pm i still did not hear back from Turn Key. I called a second time (6 hours later) to see if they were interested in the business. I was told that someone could not get out to the house until Monday (10-27-2014) and they would only be giving me an estimate of the work and not able to do the work on the same day. They explained that were was no chance of someone getting there earlier. I told turn key i would find another plumber on Angie's list. On Thursday (10-23-2014) I reached out to Hydro Flow who was also rated high on Angie's list. They came to the house on Tuesday and gave me an estimate. I accepted the estimate and Hydro Flow did the work on the same day. The grill was up and running by 11:00 am.

Quick to respond to my inquiry on Angie's list message board. Came out the very next day first thing. Replaced part on toilet shut off valve and proved quotes for other plumbing work. We will use Turn Key again. Very reasonably priced.

Couldn't have been smoother! I've used their service several times and they are my first call when I have a plumbing problems. Techs are knowledgable, friendly, prompt and efficient can't recommend strongly enough.

The service technician, Mike, arrived within the first half hour of the timeframe that the scheduler indicated. He identified himself and asked about the plumbing problem. Mike was friendly, courteous (removed his boots to avoid tracking in moisture/debris) and quickly fixed the problem. The price was reasonable and in accordance with the labor rate previously quoted. I would not hesitate to call this company again and plan to do so should the need arise in the future.

They were right on time and did not stop until everything was done. The new installation looked much better than the original. They replaced a maze of copper pipes with color coded pex in a much more simple arrangement. I was able to recycle the old copper which almost paid for the installation. They took everything away that I couldn't recycle and left the area clean and neat. I have recommended Turn Key to friends and they have always done good work. This is a family operation of really good people.

We contacted Turn Key plumbing to come out and see if they could locate a leak due to extremely high water bills. They scheduled an appointment quickly and showed up on time! The tech (I can't remember his name) that showed up was extremely professional and very polite!! He was able to quickly find the leak and was very patient when explaining the process and cost of taking care of the issue. He also looked at all the connections inside my house to make sure there were no issues and made some suggestions/recommendations. He was not able to fix the leak right away so we scheduled it for another day. However, by accident (good for me) I found out the cost to fix the leak was covered by a home warrantee I purchased a few years ago. I told the warrantee company I wanted to use Turn Key and they unfortunately said I needed to use their contracted plumbing company. I was not looking forward in calling Turn Key to let them know I couldn't use them after they had already spent time finding the problem and they would not get the business. I called them (I believe I spoke with Chris?) and explained the home warrantee thing to them. They were very understanding and simply asked me to keep them in mind if we ever need a plumber. I will most definitely use them in the future and will make sure to tell my friends about their excellent customer service and costs!

These guys came about a year ago and fixed a break in the water line (between the street and the house). I can't remember the guy's name but he dug down, found the leak and fixed it all in a couple of hours for a reasonable price (don't remember exactly what it was). Well, when we found evidence of another leak in our water bill, we called them again. They came within a day of our call, the person who came (can't remember name) was nice, polite and professional. I was not home at the time but according to my husband, he even wore little booties into the house (so as not to track in dirt). The leak was not as obvious this time (last time we could see muddy area) and the guy recommended that we could (for a little amount more- can't recall but it was in the $100-$200 range) have a new pipe run. This way we wouldn't run the risk of another break in the old pipe, my garden wouldn't get dug up and our water would only be shut off for a few hours. No brainer to us. The guy who is the router could only come the next Wednesday. They came, fixed it and left the place all clean and with the water running.

The tank had to be disconnected from the water supply, drained, replumbed, flushed out & then reconnected. Although I helped somewhat, the project took about three hours. By skillfully tapping out the piece of PVC that was leaking, the plumber saved me from buying the complete lower plumbing unit. Then the leaking PVC was simply replaced.

I had a water heater replaced and they fixed the main valve from the water line. They were very competent and very price conscious. He was very honest.

Called and they showed up within 2 hours after 5:00 when septic tank backed up. We were very gratefull. They guys were super in getting the job done and were very professional. They sure made life at home much more pleasant!
