Description of Work: Nick, the owner, is great. He came out the next day after I called him to fix my dryer. I thought it was a fluke, but when my wash machine broke I called him again, and he was able to make it out the next day again. Very Knowledgeable and Great Service! 2 Things that you don't often find anymore.

Description of Work: The hinge on the bottom of my refrigerator door was pulling away from the frame, which was preventing it from closing and sealing properly. Nick kindly fitted me in before the long Labor Day weekend even though he was going out of town and had a full schedule. He had to devise a creative solution for this problem, and I am 100% satisfied with the result as it functions normally again. He also took the time to address a worn cord on my portable dishwasher and provided a solution for that as well. I have used his services 3 times over the past 1-1/2 years and am an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you, again, Nick!

Description of Work: Nick came to my house to look at my Whirlpool Cabrio washer, which had been getting "stuck" in mid-cycle, and would need me to actually turn off the circuit breaker to re-set the machine to get it to start up again. He spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem, but everything came up fine. He absolutely believed me that it was doing this, and he tried replacing several parts that he thought could be causing it. But they didn't help - it still did it while he was there. Conclusion: it was the main board. And replacing that would cost more than the washer was worth. He removed the new parts he had installed and didn't charge me, since we now had to replace the washer. He spent a LOT of time on this, but felt bad for me since he really didn't fix it.All the codes kept coming up normal. A very nice man and he really knows his stuff.

Description of Work: I just purchased a house and the previous home owners had not repaired the broken ice maker. He came, fixed the ice maker, had great conversation, and was reasonably priced. It's been over a year and the ice maker has had no issues at all. Thank you so much.
