Description of Work: I used Done Right Lawn and Landscape to mow my 1 1/2 acre lot and they did some trimming.

Description of Work: I was contacted by a former employee of the company and was told the company is no longer with Angie's List. And I believe she said that the company was out of business.

Description of Work: I sent an email to schedule and got an email back. I then got an email saying the woman i had talked with had quit and was given a phone # and the name Greg Bell to talk to. I called the # and left a message. A week or so later I called again and spoke with him. He said he would be in my area the next day and would try to come by. I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: Provider missed first scheduled appointment needed to reschedule because it was not written in the calendar. Provider was late for rescheduled appointment. House was cleaned but certain things were not completed as stated (baseboards wiped, etc.). Certain things done very well, while other things were not done at all. The master bathroom shower was sprayed with cleaner but the shower and door were never even wiped down. The soap dish had soap residue and the shower door had soap and water spots. Blinds were wiped, kinda. Her approach was very rough, fast and furious. I really think that 3000sq feet may be too much for one person to do.

Description of Work: Because of family illnesses, I was unable to schedule this service until 2 weeks ago. It took multiple e-mails and phone messages to establish contact to schedule the service. When I scheduled the service, I described my home's location, including detailed driving directions. The service was to be performed on 3/26/1013 starting at noon. The provider called me about 10 AM to say that she had looked at her map and that my house was too far away. I said that the original Big Deal had specified that north MS was included in her service area. My house is in north MS, but is further west than she wants to come. I told her to cancel the service and that I would take a refund. She agreed, but then called back to say that the original ad did not include my area, but maybe we could work something out. I said I wanted a refund. I would have understood the "too far" stuff if she had said so when I called to schedule. I specifically talked to her about it and she seemed to be okay with the distance then. I'd still want the refund, but I think she could have decided it was too far within 24 hours of the scheduling. To me, she comes across as kind of flaky. She is not at all what I have come to expect (and always gotten) from Angie's List providers.

Description of Work: General house cleaning for 2 homes, approximately$75 each. Very quick and thorough. Will definitely use house cleaning services again for both houses.

Description of Work: I contacted this company via Angie's List on 2/6 about removal of leaves at a rental property we own in Frayser. We did not get a response for 2 days. On the second day, I received an e-mail asking me to call them regarding the Angie's List inquiry. When I called on 2/8, I was told by Darlene that someone would be in the area on Sat. 2/9 and they would call me with an estimate at that time. My husband and I went to the property and spent most of Sat. afternoon waiting and no one showed. This morning, Monday - 2/11, Darlene called at 9:00 a.m to say that they were headed to the property to provide an estimate. Because they did not follow up on Saturday and failed to call, I told her that I had contacted another party and they will be doing. While I can understand if they could not come on Saturday, it concerned me that they did not call to informed us that they could not make the Sat. appt. Decided to use someone who is more dependable.

Description of Work: This was an individual person who had a coupon for $89.00 for $159,00 value. We had a hard time scheduling a time. Then when she came she was going to do about 2 hours - I thought this was a pretty high price for one person for 2 hours. Well, she only worked a little over an hour and cleaned the kitchen. She was suppose to come and work a couple more hours on the 17th, but I have not heard anything from her. No way did I get a $159.00 value, not even $89.00 that I paid. I would not use this lady (Darlene) again.

Description of Work: Greg, The Owner, came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate on cleaning out my Flower Beds and then within the Week his crew showed up and they did an excellent job. In one afternoon they cleaned out all the Flower Beds around the House and Pruned all the bushes and trimmed down the Crepe Myrtles. They also did weed eating and carried off all debris. I was very happy with all of the job. It really looked very professionally done when they got through. They even cleaned it better than I ever have. I would recommend them to anyone who needs Yard work Done!!!
