Responded quickly. Was a little late in arriving because of additional work at prior job. Installation was quick, provided expectations of water flow and provided a unit with best warranty. Was completed with job before some others called back on my initial request. Didnâ t go without hot water any longer than needed. He understood my situation and responded appropriately.

I will absolutely hire Rocky and hos team at Mid Tenn. It is nearly impossible to get any contractor in Nashville because the demand is so high. because the demand is so high this guy can seriously charge what ever. Their price was fair, which is a big deal in my book. I never ever ever hire the low-baller as a general rule of thumb. I always know what the cost outlay is and what margin should be before I even start looking. I could tell right away that he was not me and was serious about not wasting time. I know guys like that provide a better service and MT certainly lived up to my expectations. Highly recommend, would hire again.
