Although there was an issue after the initial installation, they responded with professionalism and took full responsibility. It was 10:16 PM when he first replied to my emergency request for a fix to my water heater. As far as I’m concerned, Gold Star Plumbing is my plumber for life. Rocky was awesome!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Tankless water heater was installed well. We agreed upon the installation of a rain shower as well with new handheld spout as well as diverter handle. I wasnt able to be there for the installation because I was at work. Multiple phone calls and texts were had to try and coordinate exactly what was wanted, with sometimes no response. After installation, multiple things were installed off centered and crooked, so they had to come back and fix it. Overall the job was successfully completed, but not the most professional or quality.

They were quick and had great communication. Our hot water is great now!

Rocky reached out to me by phone shortly after I submitted a request for a quote. Someone from his team fixed the issue that same day. I also used Goldstar Plumbing a few months ago to replace a few faucets. Had a similar experience where Rocky reached out by phone and had his team come out and replace both faucets that same day.

Called about a clogged drain that overflowed water into the wall and on to the floor. Before he got to my home I had already poured drain cleaner in the pipe. When he looked at it he said it was clear already so there was nothing he needed to do. STILL CHARGED ME $230!

They were the first to contact me and were able to give a quote on the phone. They gave updates on when they would arrive that same day and completed the job. The new hot water heater is working well and no leaks. I would use them again if I had a plumbing need.

When I called initially, Rocky was amazing. I had several other texts from my interest on Angi, but this company was professional and friendly, and so immediate to respond. I felt this was definitely the company I wanted to go with for an outdoor hose pipe repair.
