Mid Tenn Home Solutions is the best plumbing company Iâ ve come across in decades. I had a tankless water heater installed. Their estimate was over $1700 less than another companyâ s, i.e., it didnâ t have a â Zip code markup.â They were prompt, courteous, communicated well, listened to my wishes and concerns, answered my questions, took my suggestions when appropriate, obviously wanted to please, checked for my approval at several points, were concerned with their workâ s not just being satisfactory, but looking neat and professional, and left the site spotless. Three men did the work in less than six hours. The foreman and co-owner, Steve Brown, is a certified Master Plumber with 20 yearsâ experience. He teaches the companyâ s other plumbers. Rocky Burrell, the other co-owner, checked to see that I was pleased with every detail. I recommend Mid Tenn Home Solutions without reservation. Iâ ve already asked them to do another project for me.

Mid Tenn Home Solutions provides the best plumbing service I have had in decades: prompt, (here at the agreed time the day after the heater arrived), appropriate cost (over $1700 less than the nearest estimate; i.e., not adjusted upward for Zipcode), listened to my ideas and concerns, followed them when appropriate and explained why if they thought another solution was better, very professional, clearly expert plumbers, in contrast to most (Steve Brown a co-owner with Rocky Burrell, is a certified Master Plumber and trains the other plumbers), efficient 3-man crew, repeatedly checked to see if I approved of next step, clearly aimed to please in every regard, didn't just do the plumbing but took pride in the manner in which it was done, left the site spotless, and invited me to call if there were any questions., The job was completed in about six hours. This is the kind of service one hopes for but seldom gets. I have already asked them to do another project. I recommend them without reservation.

We lost hot water and after having an uneasy first assessment by another company, I went through Angi's list to find a local plumber. Within minutes of submitting a ticker through Angi's list, I got a call from Mid Tenn Home Solutions. We got on their schedule for a same-day service, and I recieved a text and email confirmation/ reminder as well. The owner, Mr. Rocky, did a really excellent job listening and working with us on our issue of our water heater's pilot not staying lit. He took the time to work on our heater and explain everything to me. We ended up having to replace our 15 year old unit, but felt very good about our decision. We had another company come out prior that gave us a very fast assessment with extremely high pressure, so we really felt like we needed a second opinion. Rocky is professional, personable, and his services are extremely fair and of market value. We did not have to pay a service fee, and we had a new water heater installed later that day by an extremely capable, polite, and efficient technician. I really loved that our water heater is manufactured in Tennessee. This is a small business that uses American and Tennessee made parts. You will get an honest and fair assessment on your plumbing needs, and I think most importantly, you will feel at ease by Mr. Rocky's sense of integrity that is evident in how he runs his business from the top down. Didn’t have and haven’t had any problems at all.

Rocky was very patient and professional with our initial call.. the next day Dakota and Tyler came for the appointment and discovered the problem … fixed the problem and advised me on other ways to care for my water heater. Courteous and very personable and professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them for any further issues ( hopefully none!)
