"Marshall Cleaning Service did a great job! Once I requested a quote, they immediately sent me a text. (Granted it was automated, but it was also a Saturday!) The next couple days, they worked with me to get a quote ready. Once we decided what we wanted done, they were very flexible in getting us in on their schedule. Daniel was our technician and he was great! He was very transparent on what we wanted to do compared to what he was able to do. (We wanted a complete clean with all the add ons, but he told us with the type of floor we had, it would be best to do things differently.) He explained his reasoning and it ended up saving us around $700. Our floors were not in the best shape, but with his help, they look SO MUCH better. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees.
