The wrong amp size wires were used and the wires under the plastic was exposed and almost touching which could have been potentially very dangerous. The company admitted fault upon contact that the technician needed and would get additional training. They would not partially refund at all for their improper work, even though they have a warranty they boast about and a slogan that says if your not thrilled you’re not billed and sundays are for God. Very disappointed, if I had to do over again I would have chosen Atomic Electrical who fixed their faulty and dangerous work."

"I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell!
