Found that front of stairs were also coming off and adjusted price which we were very pleased. I would use Scot again and also recommend his workmanship and professionalism.

He arrived right on time and went to work immediately. Conferred with us on grout color. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Very pleasant experience an quality work. We are planning on having him redo our tiled floors in the near future. Would definitely recommend.

The work turned out very well! He arrived on time for the appointment. He was only scheduled to come out and do an estimate. When we talked about it, he was able to do the work right then. It was 5pm in the evening and he completed the work saving me the time to make another appointment. I was very pleased with that and the work that he did.

Scott did an excellent job in recaulking a shower and bathtub. He arrived on time, did the work, and left the area very clean. I would definitely hire him again.

He did a very good job. The only problem was that he got sick and had to reschedule the job for 2 weeks which meant we could not use the shower for another 2 weeks as we just bought the house and it was very yucky. But hey, one cannot do much about getting sick and it happens, otherwise he was very pleasant and explained everything and did a nice job. I would definitely recommend him.

After a complete renovation of our bathrooms there were many problems with cracked grout, stains, loose tile and damaged shower tiles/grout. The Grout Guy came over and perfrormed an inspection and provided an estimate. Within a few days he came and exceeded our expectations. Very knowledgeable and does good work.

The Grout Guy was professional, pleasant, and on time. The job took a little over two hours. I thought the price was a little high, but I feel that way about everything. The tile looks brand new. No complaints about his work. Very nice to work with.

Everything went well, and they did a good job. The work was done as promised, and the floor's condition was much improved after they finished. Furthermore, they provided a military discount, and I felt safe having them in my home.

Scott spent nearly 6 hours working, and he did a great job. The whole room looks brand new.

Overall he showed up early and the work seems to be doing the job. My biggest complaint is he left a mess in tub with old grout chunks, dust, etc. also on the floor outside the shower enterence.

Met and talked with The Grout Guy, Scott Morgan, at Knoxville Home Show. We made an appointment for him to come to our house for a work estimate. He arrived when expected. We set the appointment time for the work to be done. The day of the appointment he called and asked if he could possibly come earlier because he had completed a job sooner than expected. I wasn't able to make the earlier time, but Scott arrived as scheduled to do our work. He was friendly, neat and did a great job. The shower actually looks better than it did when the remodeling company did its work. Looks like a new shower.

The first job Scott did was to remove a very resistant buildup on the slate entryway. The floor always looked dirty because dirt was sealed into the slate and grout. The floor now looks and feels so much better. The second and third jobs were replacing grout in the tub/shower surrounds. Scott also replaced a few tiles where holes had been drilled for shower doors. Both showers look like new. Scott is very reliable, punctual, and professional. I would hire him for any grout/tile jobs.

I had all floors cleaned, furniture removed prior to them starting. They did a professional job and were kind and trustworthy. I left them alone in the house for a while.

The work was fine and they finished it on time. This is the first time that we had grout cleaning or repair done, but I thought the price was extremely high.

Our home is only a couple of years old, but the ceramic tile grout had never been cleaned and sealed. We called The Grout Guy for an estimate based on a flyer received in the mail. Scott arrived on time at the agreed upon appointment time, reviewed the work to be performed, and provided a written estimate. Upon agreeing on the scope of work to be performed and the price, we scheduled a mutually acceptable day and time for the work to be performed. Scott even agreed to honor the discount coupon we had which had expired. On the appointed date, Scott and his wife arrived right on time to complete cleaning and sealing the grout. They were very friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job. They used environmentally safe top-of-the-line products in cleaning and sealing the grout. They left an instruction sheet for us to use in taking care of the tile and grout in the future. Scott said if we weren't completely satisfied with the work, or we later wanted to change the color of the grout, to just give him a call and they would come back out. We are very happy with The Grout Guy's work and would recommend them to others in need of grout cleaning and sealing. We plan to use them again in the future.

When Scott Morgan came over to give me an estimate, he was extremely punctual and polite. This continued when he and his wife Michelle arrived to do the work. They thoroughly cleaned and painted the floor grout in 2 kitchens and a bathroom. The cleaning itself was impressive, and the product they used smelled wonderful! Scott gave me lots of paint colors to choose from and left me with the leftover paint so I could touch up any areas that got stained in the future. He also replaced 3 cracked tiles with extras that I had. Scott had intended to clean and paint the tile around my garden tub but found that some of the wood underneath the tile needed to be replaced. He let me know this and gave me the name of a man who could do this for me. I appreciated the fact that Scott told me about this rather than going ahead with this part of the job. Of course he deducted this portion of the estimate off the final bill. I found Scott and Michelle to be very hard working, conscientious, honest, and responsive. I will definitely use them again! In fact, I plan to call them every couple of years just to keep the grout looking so pretty
