"Craig is awesome. He emailed me back on Yelp about 5 minutes after I inquired on a water heater repair. He was at my house in 35 minutes to look at the problem. After we discussed the options along with up front pricing, I decided on replacing the water heater. He said he could get the new water heater and install it the next morning. To his word he was here this morning before the scheduled time, and he and Scott started immediately. The heater was located in the crawl space so they worked in tight quarters.. I donâ t normally leave reviews, but in this instance, it is warranted. Based on my experience with Craig and Hicks Services I will use them in any future plumbing situations, and I do recommend if you need something fixed or repaired at your home you call them and give them a chance to earn your business. Frozen broken pipes are a much more difficult item to put a price tag on. The best course is to try to correct it as soon as possible: These tend to get worse rather than better, which means more costly. You will obviously be paying more for after hour emergency services, but time is of the essence.
