One night my husband apparently had not pulled far enough into the garage and tried to close the garage door. He came into the house and said I just wrecked the garage door. The following day, without looking at the door myself, I called a garage door company and said that we needed a new garage door. They came out to install a new garage door and realized that the entire door was not damaged just the top panels. So that went back to the office, ordered new top panels for my garage door, came back out and installed the new top panels. They were very efficient and they came out when they said that they would. They ordered the parts and when the parts came in the crew came right out.

They've done the work on my properties for a long time. They've installed a new garage door and opener previously. They are always Johnny On the Spot. The same guy always comes out. He gave me an alternative on an expensive process, it saved me money. They do not push un-needed services. The office staff is great too.

They said they would arrive around lunch and that it would take a couple of hours. The installer arrived around 1:00 (the office called @ noon to inform me they would be there in about an hour) and finished the job around 4:30. We had to move some stuff in the garage to make room for him to install the door. He was pleasant, helpful, and competent. I would recommend them to friends.

They are prompt, professional, and they guarantee their work.

I recently inherited two adjacent homes. One my grandfather built and the other my father built. For the last 20 years or so, my parents lived in one home and rented the other. Williams has taken care of any garage door issues for my family during this time. Unfortunately, my father was very "economical" and would never let them do anything that was not absolutely necessary. They made repeated trips only to patch and repair forty year old doors instead of replacing them. Finally in 2005, they were permitted to replace the door(that had not locked in years)on the rental unit. The door on the family home was so heavy(I have never seen another door like this one)and damaged I could not get it open without help. So I called Williams and made a trip to their showroom. Everyone in their organization is so nice and so professional. Angie helped me in the showroom and over the phone-I had lots of questions. The repair guys are the same and have always responded to my calls promptly. The garage door clearance is very low and required framing in to make a standard door fit. The installation team found out my grandfather used steel in the door frame so the keypad had to go out on the retaining wall instead. Think it cost them a drill bit or two. I chose to buy my own extension cord for the opener. Williams gave me two key chain fob openers instead of the visor clip on type. I knew these would be easier for me to keep up with. I opted for a quieter, but more expensive belt-driven opener because the garage is below a bedroom. It is much better than the chain-driven openers I have had in other homes. After installation, the door itself was making noise. The free repair call found a bad wheel. Since that was replaced I am barely able to hear the door at all. I requested another service call recently because I found the door open on two separate mornings. Williams double checked their wiring and we concluded that I must have pressed the opener by mistake while rummaging in my purse. They re-explained the lock function which I now engage every evening. I cannot say enough good about this company and recommend them every chance I get.

Called Angie's List and called the company based on the high recommendation. An appointment was set for later in the day. The company provided a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arrival. The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution. I ended up spending more than expected because the service call was a totally separate charge. The cost of repair did not apply to the service call so I spent about twice what I expected.

This was the first time we had used their services. They came on time, completely repaired one and adjusted the other. He was here for about twenty minutes. He was a nice guy and did a good job.

Phoned the office at 7:30 (when they opened). Contact was efficient and professional, and I was notified that they could be out this morning, and someone would call me before they arrived. Approximately 8:30 they called back to confirm I was home, and had a tech out to the house before 9:00. Both springs were replaced and tested within an hour. Overall experience was very good, all contacts were courteous and response time was fantastic.

My first contact was to call Williams to get some price estimates. They gave them over the phone with no trouble, and were spot on with what we ended up paying. We went to the showroom to pick out a door; the woman there was very helpful with understanding the various options that were available. They had to order the door, but it came in about a week earlier than expected. They arranged a good time to come install the door the next day. The installation went great. I wasn't home, but my wife was very happy with their politeness and speed at installing the door. The quality of the installation is great - the weatherstripping is far better than the old installation and the entire door install looks much cleaner than before. The keypad was very cleanly installed and ready to go. I'm very happy with the whole project.

They came out the next day after I called to place the order. A company rep called to say the technician was on the way. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes and then replaced the offending braces in a few more minutes. Obviously, knowledgeable and technically competent. Personable in his conversation with me. He did his job and was gone to handle another call in about 20-25 minutes. Estimate was for service call fee only. Cost breakdown: Service call-$77, replacement parts-$5. Total cost: $82.

They were extremely thorough. This is the forth time Ive had them out to service the door. The pricing is always great and the quality of their work is also wonderful. I cant say enough good things about this company. I appreciate their work and will continue to use them for my garage door needs.

This place was a blessing. They came out when they said they would and they were responsive to my phone call. They were friendly and no job was too small for them. I had a good experience and would recommend them to anyone in the area. I appreciated their service and they were good at telling me what was wrong.

He replaced my old opener for me because it was past it's time and the new one worked great. They had a good guy do the installation and they ran a good business. They could be relied upon to do a good job and they backed up their products. The guy was only out here for maybe an hour and a half and he had it running and we were set to go.

The gentleman who William's sent here was helpful and friendly. He worked efficiently and did a good job. He got the spring changed out in less than an hour so he made it very convenient and hassle free. It's been fine ever since he did the repair so I was happy with their work.

Two men showed up prepared to do the installation which was done really quickly and professionally. They had minimal clean up and it worked really well when they were done. They were very polite and respectful while they were here.

They were very prompt and they seemed like they were very serious about getting their job completed fast and the right way. I noticed they were extra polite and that left a great impression.

I ve used them before and they did a great job both times. The doors work properly and the repair man cleaned up very well. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

The salesman come over first and surveyed the situation. He brought a very clear and descriptive catalog as well as samples which made it much easier to make our selection. The installation crew arrived promptly at eight in the morning two days later. They did not waste any time with small talk and finished in ninety minutes. That's rather fast for two separate doors. The doors are great looking and operate very smoothly.

Williams did a magnificently wonderful job installing the door. I must say that the price was rather fair as well. I have not had any problems at all. The door opens and closes perfectly and there are no defaults. I am one satisfied customer all the away around.

They are coming next week to install a new garage door.
