Our automatic garage door (for a 2 door garage), stopped working and it looked as if something was broken. We called Williams Door Company, whom we've used off and on for 10 years, and they promised to get someone out to look at the door the next day. The company called the next day and said they would be out in less than 90 minutes. The workmen were very prompt, professional, and courteous. They replaced the Allister Carriage and lubed and checked both garage doors for any other problems. We definitely will use them in the future.

Called because unable to open Garage Door. Spring was not broken but obvious problem with door opener which was humming and light would not turn off. It was noon on Friday. Was told by the customer service person on the phone that because the spring was not broken, they could not come until Monday. Williams had installed my current garage door, the door that was on the house when I bought it, and the garage door opener. The garage door opener was old, was there when I bought the house. I called Farmer Garage Door and they sent someone out within an hour and by 4:30 a new motor was installed and working, I was very disappointed with Williams, they would have left me with my car stuck in the garage for the whole weekend because I could not open the door.

Technician came next day after being called. Was courteous and efficient. Problem fixed. I have used Williams Door out of Knoxville a couple of times before for other garage doors. Consistently good at what they do. Always pleased with charges.

They were very professional and knew what they were doing! Would certainly use them again.

They called today at 4:05 pm to ask if someone could meet them around 5 for an estimate. Apparently they can't make phone calls to customers after 5 pm. What part of "my wife and I work 8 to 5 and we will leave the garage door unlocked so you can call for us an estimate"? What kind of business can't make calls after 5pm? Now I've wasted a whole day waiting on an estimate. I will never use this company for anything and I'll will be sure to tell everyone how ridiculous it is that a business can't make a phone call after 5pm!!

I'm a do it yourself guy - but decided to have them install it to avoid having to deal with the springs and getting rid of the old door. I got much more - They were prompt, courteous, quick, efficient, had excellent workmanship and finished the little details in a way I couldn't have. We have used this company in the past - and they have always exceeded our expectations. The new door looks great and works perfectly.

The door had to be ordered to suite my color preference. This took about three weeks for the manufacturer to supply, but Williams had no control over this. Once the door arrived at Williams, they scheduled to install it two days later. I consider this very punctual. Their installer was very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He completed the project in a little over two hours, which was amazingly quick for a one-man job. He above and beyond in saving some of the spare arts off the old garage door that I wanted to save for upcycling. All-in-all, I am very pleased with Williams' price and service. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

My old garage door had multiple problems and I could not even close it all the way anymore. Williams Door Co had the best price and was able to come out quickly (it depended mostly on what type of door I ordered and if they had it in stock). They removed the old door and installed the new door very quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the quality of the door.

The contractor that we used to repair the hail damage on our house, could not properly install our garage doors. After several attempts by the contractor, we called Williams Door Company. They are knowledgeable and honest. We have used them in the past and they always do a great job.

I had been pleased with service that Williams Door Company had done on my garage door some years back, and they had very good reviews on Angie's List, so I decided to go with them to replace the wooden door that had been damaged in the hail storm last year. Tina and Angie in the office were easy to work with in selecting the new steel door and scheduling the installation. (One note: Make sure you check the work order to ensure that the proper items are being ordered. There had initially been an error in the part number of the snap in window designs, which I spotted and had corrected before the order went in.) The installer, Chad, was efficient, careful and polite. Unfortunately, one of the panels had some small "dings" in the edge when he removed it from the box. He said that he would notify the office to order a replacement and noted the damage on the work order. I appreciate the fact that Williams stands behind their product to ensure customer satisfaction. The new section was installed today, October 26, and looks fine. The installer, Tim, was also very efficient, careful and polite. When asked, he gave me some tips on lubricating the door and also operating the door opener manually if the power goes out. I definitely recommend Williams Door Company and would certainly use them again if need be.

They were very prompt and got to us the same day. We had one of the 2 springs break that lifts our double garage door trapping a car inside. They came and replaced both springs. The gentleman was very friendly and professional and did a great job in a short time. This is the second time we have used Williams Door and will continue doing business with them for future needs.

I heard about them from my neighbor. I was pretty happy with everything they did for me. They were pretty cheap.

Their showroom is very neat and organized. I like that they have samples of all their products. The installer was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I would use this company again in the future.

Their service is great. They said this is how its going to be and they delivered.They were punctual and on time. A bolt came unscrewed few weeks ago and they where here within the hour. They replaced it with one that wasn't defective and replaced both doors at the same time. I have nothing but praise for them.

The serviceman, Adrian, arrived when he said he would and spent about two hours performing the work. He cleaned up after his job. He knew his job and was obviously passionate about doing it correctly and well. At the end of his work, he provided some helpful tips for maintaining the door in good working order. I would, without reservation,recommend Williams Door Co (and Adrian!)

This company is always top notch. I have used them several times and they always do what they say they will do. From the folks that answer the phone to the folks that do the repairs - they are a team that I trust with my garage door needs..I recommend anyone use them.

I called Williams on Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. They were very accommodating on times and called before the technician came to my house. The technician was very professional and very realistic. Realizing that I own an older home and have a garage that has a very low clearance there was only so much I could do with my garage door - he did not try to sell me an entirely new system or a lot of replacement equipment that I did not need. He talked me through everything he was doing as he reattached the bracket and showed me quite a few maintenance tips along the way. He was extremely helpful and I felt very confident in his knowledge and reccomendations throughout the service call. I felt like the pricing was on par with the service, and if you go to their website, there are some great coupons to print off. Overall a great experience - I would definitely reccomend them and use them again.

if you go to their website and print a copy of a $15 savings coupon, that reduces your bill. I called one day and they came out 3-4 days later.

Williams came out in 2009 and gave us an estimate which proved to be accurate. They were efficient and friendly. In February, we had the first door installed, and we were almost happy with the results. The door didn't rise as much as we thought it should, but we thought that was just the new door. In March, the second door was installed, and when it was done, I noticed that it rose higher than the first. The installer was happy to fix the first door and kept adjusting the doors until I was pleased. (I would have the doors lowered, then turn out the lights to see how much light was visible). They did an excellent job, were friendly, and showed up on time. It didn't take long to get an appointment, and they gave me paperwork which allowed me to get a rebate from Clopay and a coupon from them. It was a pleasant upgrade, and the doors have made quite a difference. Our garage has been *much* cooler with the insulated doors. I would definitely use Williams again.

Our experience was fine. They were very professional. We did have one small problem, one roller came out of the track, we contacted them and they came out to fix it the same day.

Exceptional!!! Our garage door would open unpredictably after it had closed. I called Williams and the service tech was here in 5 minutes - literally! He identified the problem quickly and took the time to explain and show me what was going on, and answer all of my questions. Since he did not have a replacement opener on the truck, the new one was installed the following day. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the quick response and knowledgeable people working at Williams. I wish they did more than just garage doors!
