West Shore Home staff from the very first phone call I made until the end of my new shower installation were professional yet kind and sweet when speaking to me. My new shower looks great, new and modern. I couldnâ t be more happy with it. The boys that installed it, Will and Zach, were so good at their job. They even cleaned up every bit of the old tub and any mess they made. They were very polite and even stayed late to finish the job. I couldnâ t be any happier. The only negative is the price. It was a bit higher than I expected but after seeing the results and having such a great crew itâ s worth every penny.

Lucas Mooney came and fixed all the caulking issues we had .Lucas works for West Shore Home and he is very personable ,sees what's wrong and fixes it right in a timely manner. I highly recommend West Shore Home and if you need any touch ups or fixes ask for Lucas Mooney.

We love our new shower and so pleased with the work West Shore had done and the customer service we received! We had a very large jet tub in the master bathroom replaced with a large West Shore shower and they removed the small shower. All personnel from design to install did a great job and were very professional. The installers (Matt M. & Will J.) did great work and an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards. Thomas came by to add additional parts to the shower, put up the drywall and sub flooring. He worked so hard and really did a great job; so professional! He also did an amazing job with the cleanup! I have had to talk with Tina several times to schedule appointments and ask questions. She is so amazing! Each time she was very professional, yet so kind and went above and beyond to help me. She called back after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied. My husband accidentally fell against the shower door and it needed a small repair. I called Tina to schedule someone to come out and her first response was to ask if he was OK. Lucas came out to do the repairs. His first question was to make sure my husband was OK. So knowledgeable! He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it quickly. In addition, he took the time to look over the both doors and tightened the handle bars and gave us some very helpful advice. I know this is long and I usually donâ t do reviews but when people go above and beyond to help you and then call back to make sure you are please with their workâ ¦I needed to do this one!

Great experience

I had my tub/shower unit removed and a new walk-in shower installed. Nicholas and Mykal did a great job and finished in less than a full day. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work, their professionalism and courtesy and the care they took of my home. I'll gladly hire this company again.

they where on time and worked all day long. the two young men Mathew Montefusco and Spencer Williams were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. they worked all day. I am very satisfied at this point.

I used "West Shore Home" to remove a galvanized tub, install a shower with a sliding glass door, shelves, shower seat, two handrails and new faucet fixtures. Michael Rowe, Daniel Harring, and Jared Mains showed up exactly when we were told to expect them. This fact alone made me respect the company. (Usually, workers always end up Before they started working, I was explained how each step of the project would go. I have to say, this is the best working crew I have ever used in completing a project for my home All three workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After the completion of installing my shower, the workers cleaned up all the mess in my house, porch, and yard. (The areas they cleaned ended up being cleaner than when they arrived.) I would highly recommend this company and their work crew for any of your home improvement needs .You will not be disappointed

The two guys (Matthew Montefasco and Chad Berlin) did excellence work taking out our old bathtub and shower and putting in a walk-in shower. They put drop cloths down going down my hall and what little mess they made in the bathroom, they cleaned it all up. Love my new shower.
