West Shore Home Knoxville

The installers did a great job. They were in and out in about 8 hours. They worked very hard and cleaned up any mess they made. HOWEVER, it has been 17 months since installation, and one of the shelves has begun to detach from the wall. West Shore Homes refuse to repair unless I pay $125. They claim it is out of warranty. However, I say the limited lifetime warranty covers this kind of defect as long as I own the residence. I refused to pay for the repair because of this warranty. Thatâ s my story and Iâ m sticking to it. I will NOT have them install windows or do any other work in my home because of this breach of trust.

Quick and tidy

The installers were courteous and arrived when scheduled. We had a couple of issues with the aesthetics. They came back and took care of the issues. Customer service is excellent.

I had a fiberglass shower in my master bathroom and a fiber glass tub/shower in my guest bathroom. My master one cracked and needed to be replaced ASAP. West Shore Home came out and did an amazing job. There was a minor issue with the shower doors, one did not come in, in time for the install, and the other was missing a piece when they opened it. West Shore Home contacted me about the one not being received and was willing to reschedule or put a temporary curtain rod up at no cost until the door came in. I chose the temporary curtain so we could get the project going. I had two crews show up on the install day, one for each bathroom. These guys were very professional, on time, and kept me updated during the entire job. You could tell they did not cut corners and made sure it was done right. Tawfiq K., and Nathan B. did my guest bathroom. They were great and paid great attention to detail. When they realized the part for the door in this bathroom was not in the box, they immediately contacted their manager to make sure it got ordered right away. They installed a temporary curtain rod, again at no cost, so it was usable. I am very happy with the outcome. The master looks amazing as well, again the guys made sure I was happy with everything and paid close attention to detail making sure they delivered a quality product. Tereance, Chris, Koko, and Nate, did an amazing job. You can tell the entire team takes pride in what they do. I wish the doors could have been installed today as well, but things happen and this was not anything West Shore Home could have controlled. So overall an amazing job that will be better than 5 stars once the doors are in.

We had the West Shore Home team of Daniel P., John C., and Samuel V. remove our old tub and install a beautiful walk-in shower for us. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional, and did excellent work. We were kept informed at every step of the process, and they made sure the shelves and grab bars were just where we desired. They used drop cloths to protect our floors and made sure their work areas inside and outside the house were completely clean before they left. Their attention to detail was fantastic! They arrived around 8 am and were finished by 4:20 pm. We love our new shower!

The Knoxville Window Team (Aaron, Brandon, Landon, Will, Jackson, & Eli) were very punctual (arrived 10 minutes early) and reviewed all the windows and AL edging materials with me. I made an on-the-fly change in color on the outside trim which they graciously accommodated no questions asked. The Team was very polite and courteous. They did the 9 windows in approximately 8 hours. The Team Lead, Aaron paid extreme attention to detail to ensure that even the caulk after the exterior trim installed still had a perfect bead. Cleanup was exceptional as well. Highly recommend!

The men who worked this project, DP, Sam V, Brad O, were professional, timely, and courteous ( even in the face of my mistaken notion of a thing), and I highly recommend them.

Hunter and Co Co showed up on time and did an excellent job! The price was perfect and the shower is incredible. My design consultant, Mac Comer, did a wonderful job helping both before and after the installation to make sure I understood everything about the project. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new walk-in shower.

The two installers, Mandy and John, were very professional and helpful. They worked extremely well together and kept us informed as they progressed with the installation all day.

The techs Mandy, Terrance and Nate did an exceptional job. They fixed all of my concerns and were very friendly. An added bonus is my dogs loved them.

Mathew and Nicolas were first rate and professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned during and after the install. The workers did a thorough job and should be paid well as well as receiving full benefits. As a former(and now elderly) carpenter and high role remodeler I thought the price was exorbitant considering the raw cost of materials involved. I would imagine everyone except the actual laborers made a ton of profit for a day and a half of work. Just sayin.......Power to the People. Workers of the world unite! the workeres did

Everyone that we interacted with in the process start to finish was nice. The reps. that came here were not pushy either. That's a turn off to me when I feel someone is trying to talk me into a sale. This company did not do that. Then the installation and installers were awesome! I simply was amazed how the process was taking place. They took care of the clean up as they were doing the job. I am a clean freak so that really was impressive. They came on time and French doors were installed 4-4 1/2 hours. Baleigh B. , Sam S. Landon ( TN. ) did a Beautiful job!
