Everything went better than anticipated.

Very fast response. Prompt and punctual. Reasonable prices and very professional. I had contacted other plumbers to give estimates for what I thought was going to be a big repair. Wayne was the one that called me back the quickest and came out the next business day. Other plumbers I called on Angie's list wanted a lot of money up front to even come out at all or did not even bother to return a phone call. I was very impressed with United Plumbing. I have a sink leak now and will be calling United Plumbing again soon!

Wayne did a great job installing two new water service lines. He couldn?t complete the job in one day due to pouring rain. I paid him in full the first day, but he continued to coordinate with me to ensure a good time to come back and complete the job. It was a big job through difficult terrain but Wayne was conscientious to ensure the job was done right and that I was satisfied with the job. I would recommend Wayne to anyone who needs an honest and knowledgeable plumber, for both large and small jobs.

Arrived ontime had problem diagnosed and repair in less than 30 minutes.

Wayne was very responsive. I called this morning and left a voice mail message identifying that we were experiencing a leaky water line. He promptly returned my call and was able to schedule us for same day service. He was prompt, professional, answered all my questions, and completed the needed repair.

They details are if someone does not live up to their end of the bargain would you allow them into your home. I don't think so.

Contacted United Plumbing at 08:30 on 7/6/2015. Wayne answered and scheduled me for time slot 10:00 to 12:00. Wayne contacted my at 10:00 to inform me he was on the way. Wayne arrived around 10:15. All repairs were completed around 12:30. Excellent professional service. Would recommend highly.

I purchased a coupon for toilet p/m but didn't need to use it. The coupon said I could apply the purchase price of coupon towards some other service provided by United. I attempted twice, by email, to set up an appointment for alternative work. United didn't respond to either email. Pretty sad when you have to beg a contractor to do work for you.

Wayne did a great job ! He had to fix a mess another vendor made. Price was excellent and the work was great ! We've had problems with that urinal for years but since Wayne was here - no issues ! I will definitely use him again !

Provider answered 1st call promptly, listened to problem description (hot water pressure valve leak - no hot water), provided at least 2 likely diagnoses, and then stated unable to assist until after the weekend. Immediately offered to refer me to another plumber based on my location. VERY professional and helpful. On my go-to list next time I have a need.

Wayne Pearson was extremely helpful, reliable, and trustworthy. He repaired a leaking toilet flange connection that I wanted a pro to check to make sure there wasn't a bigger problem. We made an appointment, he came when he said, he called when he was on his way, he did a good job quickly, and the price was fair. We feel relieved that our leak hadn't caused any damage. This is the second time we called Wayne and the first experience was very good, although we never met in person. Our hot water heater stopped working on a Friday night and I called Wayne who helped me fix it myself over the phone. Before I called I was concerned someone would try to take advantage of us and just replace the whole heater. I vowed that the next time we needed a plumber we would be giving Wayne all our business.

We are very pleased with the entire experience! Wayne responded to my call right away, every time. We initially asked for the estimate a few days prior to the work being done. Wayne stated his estimates were free which was impressive since most charged over $100 to come out. They were able to come right away. After a detailed walk through they went to the truck to complete the calculations and returned with an estimate of less than half of the cheapest we'd been quoted by other companies (this included the AngiesList discount). Once they left we did some research to verify that we weren't going to shoot ourselves in the foot by putting cost over quality, but we quickly learned that Wayne uses the best system available unlike the other companies I had spoken with. We quickly scheduled the work to be done in just a few days since we had active leaks in our basement due to the aging copper. On the day of the work they called to let me know they were on their way so I could get ready for them. They arrived about 9am and were gone by 4pm. They even left the copper for us so that we could turn it in for the scrap metal refund. Both were very professional, they even wore booties over their shoes to make sure they didn't dirty the floors. We can't wait to use them again to re-pipe our new house with pex, also!

The plumbers were alright. He said the seat would be firm after he had worked on it but the seat still moves. They were good guys. The quality of the materials wasn't good.

We had United Plumbing replace our ageing 75 gal hot water heater with a new tankless water heater. When we initially asked them for an estimate Wayne and his assistant came out the next morning, showing up at the appointed time. Wayne recommended a Navian unit and quickly provided us with an estimate that incorporated the Angie?s List discount United Plumbing offered. After a short period we asked them to go ahead with the job. They scheduled the installation to occur within about a week after we contacted them, and they once again showed up promptly at the appointed time. The installation took about half a day, including their removal of the old hot water heater from its attic location (which was a major job). Throughout the process they were highly professional, and they took particular care to avoid any damage to the stairs and walls during their removal of the old water heater. The installed unit worked as advertised and they cleaned up carefully after the job. We had had United Plumbing do a small plumbing job for us previously, and we really liked their work. This current job has reinforced our impression, and we will definitely contact them when we need any additional plumbing work.

Wayne responded immediately when I made the call, and came to the house within hours. He helped me dig out the connection at the meter and provided advice about how to proceed, including recommending a leak detection service. Later, after that service detected the leak in the original galvanized 2.5" water main, Wayne returned punctually to install the temporary 1" water line so we would have water service while I excavated the trench and arranged for the city inspector. It took me eight days to excavate the trench. The line is a 260-ft line that passes under two creeks, through a wetland, under a driveway that I had to cut with a chop saw and jackhammer, and up a steep slope, so the trencher wasn't much help and I had to dig most of it by hand to 18-inch depth required by the city. Wayne came out and checked on that while the work was in progress. Then, as soon as the trench was done, he arranged for the city inspector to come out and served as my liaison with them. Once I passed inspection he returned the next day and completed the permanent installation. So he provided good advice, helped us greatly during a crisis, and was punctual and responsive and did good work. Other companies I had called initially were not able to respond as quickly or did not return my messages promptly.

They were extremely responsive as I had to have my water turned off due to a leaking pipe to my septic tank and waste coming back into my house. They had to wait hours until the Hallsdale Powell Utility Disctrict came out and inspected and were very professional about it even though I know it was frustrating and probably caused issues with their scheduling. They were extremely professional and punctual I would Highly recommend them to anyone.

He used an apprentice, who initially did it wrong, but he did correct the issue. It was very good. He was very responsive and very helpful.

We had an in-wall leak that had damaged the flooring in the kitchen and dining room. I called United Plumbing and they sent someone over the next morning to take a look at the job. He arrived on time and prepared to do the job if I wanted. He estimated $150 repair and I gave the go-ahead. He found the issue, replaced the pipe and cutoff valve and the bill came out as estimated. I would certainly use them again without hesitation.

Came out and gave a free estimate. Offered a solution that might fix the problem for me to try without incurring the cost of replacing the shower drain and one that I could do myself (which I appreciated). That didn't work, so I hired United to replace the drain. They were very nice and professional and did a very good job. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Very prompt and professional. They came out the same morning that I called and determined where the leak was. I believe it was a Monday and by Thursday they they had scheduled a company to bore a hole under the yard for the new pipe and the new pipe was installed by early afternoon. Would use their services again.

I called on Friday and they set an appointment for Monday morning, between 8:30AM and 9:30AM. On Monday they called at 8:30 and said they were on the way, arriving approx. 9AM. They looked at the problem, explained the repair, and fixed it in about 30 minutes, at exactly the quoted price, tax included. At first I thought the price a bit high but after a bit of research, it was reasonable and fair. They will be my go-to people if I have any other issues.

The service man arrived as scheduled, identified the leak problem quickly and repaired it without delay or additional cost.

Provider never contacted us to schedule visit which was how the Angie's deal was supposed to work. They did schedule us quickly when we contacted them however and I got the sense that they do try to be responsive but may have been overwhelmed by the business from this promotion. The gentleman who came was extremely nice but was not able to offer any information or service to help - just saying that all issues were likely linked to old pipes in the home, including a handle that is almost impossible to flush - saying that's just how that brand of toilet is. He seemed apologetic that he was not doing more. I feel that the inspection was very cursory and that a more thorough look would have allowed him to provide some of the tune up that was part of the Angie's deal. We will seek out a more proactive provider for our plumbing work.

They are Knowledgeable and did fast work. Fixed everything and cleaned up behind themselves nicely. Wayne went out of his way to assist. We had to pump some standing water out of the crawl space and he stayed while we did it just to make sure we got all the water out.
