They were very good. He came on time finished the job on time too. Very professional and responsive to all my questions.

Wayne is always on time and very professional. He always promptly returns my calls and has fixed multiple items in my home that needed repairs. He has rebuilt several toilets, replaced faucets in my kitchen, has fixed leaky tubs and has hooked up the gas for my grill properly. I would highly recommend him as he is kind, honest and very reasonably priced. I will never use another plumber.

They worked to get the job done to fit my tight schedule. They left everything clean.

Two visits. First replaced water heater. Later found a dripping connection in bath so called them again. Work was done efficiently and left no mess.

Wayne was at our house in just a few hours, walked us through options, and the next day he installed our new hot water heater. He is professional in every way, cleans as he goes, and explains everything in his quote in an easy to understand manner. He also caught a leak in our ice maker line we hadn't noticed, and was able to repair in a few days later. Great company we will use again.

We discovered the leak on Sunday and I left messages with two plumbers asking for a call back and an appointment for Tuesday morning since we would not be home on Monday. Wayne from United Plumbing was the first to call me back the same day and we made an appointment for Tuesday. He arrived on time with an assistant. They were both friendly and professional. They fixed the leak in under an hour. They had to dig up the pipe outside the house where it enters the wall. They replaced the rigid copper pipe with flexible PEX so that future settling of the house or soil would be less likely to break the pipe or the joints. They filled the hole back in and replaced the paver stones and it was hard to tell they had dig it up. Their work was clean and efficient and appears to be of high quality. The "B" for price is because they worked for less than an hour and materials used were minimal, so it appears that paid a labor rate of around $200/hour per person. That seems very high. But in the end I am happy with the work and I feel confident it was done properly. I would likely use them again but would be careful to get an explanation of the labor rate first.

Its the first time I have ever used these folks. I like to have used them a second time, but I was able to fix it myself. I was pretty impressed with them, considering the folks I use to use. They will be my go to plumbing folks now.
