Description of Work: Unglogged a toilet and cleaned out sink drains. On a previous service call they installed a new utility tub in our garage and hauled off the old sink so that we didn't have deal it. I will absolutely call them for future needs!!

Description of Work: They initially put shoe covers on before they entered our home. They replaced one broken commode handle and repaired flushing disconnection of another commode; A methodical and thorough assessment of our home's plumbing fixtures and the outside water pressure. Wayne Pearson and his assistant offered very clear and knowledgable reasons for their inspections.

Description of Work: This company was running an Angie's List "Big Deal" for a "toilet tune up and home plumbing inspection." It took me some time to successfully contact the company, and when I did I learned that the voucher was really just for an "inspection" and that the "toilet tune-up" only involved the installation of a new flapper. A flapper costs about $2 at Home Depot and is something I could install myself. Our toilet needed more attention than that for $59.

Description of Work: I purchased this coupon for tune up of our toilets and it took several days to get back to after I had initiated the correspondence. Several days after that I am still waiting to hear back from this company which either has more business than they can accommodate or is lacking in their scheduling and customer service skills. I will take my business elsewhere.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in water supply line. Not sure whether the price was reasonable or not. I simply don't have enough experience with plumbers in this situation. I guess I'm lucky, I haven't had to call a plumber in years. Repair took about 1 hr for one plumber and his assistant. They had to dig down about 2.5-3 feet to reach the leak. I would probably use them again.
