Description of Work: We had high water bills and suspected a leak on our water service. The plumber did not find a leak, but found 2 other issues. They replaced a defective outside spigot, and also discovered an incorrect setting on our sprinklers, both of which may have contributed to the high water bills. We were pleased with their diagnostic capabilities. They also did a good job on replacing a kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: They replaced the complete water valve/float assembly in the master bathroom and performed an overall inspection. No other issues were found. One negative in that we had to call them to set up the appointment. Thus a "B" in responsiveness.

Description of Work: We had Wayne come in to check some existing plumbing to make sure it was sound. He gave us his Analysis and the said because he does free estimates and nothing needed to be changed or fixed, he would not charge us! He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. We have found a new plumber we will definitely call again when we need him.

Description of Work: In addition to the advertised service check of our indoor plumbing (i.e., toilets), the checked for a suspected leak in the water pipe between our house and the cut-off valve. They repaired the leak with state-of-the art piping with a minimum amount of digging and left our property in as good a shape as it was prior to their work. Extremely professional job!!!
