Josh Williams from United Plumbing came to my house, looked over the project, and gave me a price on getting the work done. I had bought a macerator toilet and vanity online and needed the water lines connected as well as the sewer line and vent. Josh gave me a price along with a 15% discount for being an Angies List member. I didn't even have to ask for it! He was very professional with his estimate and didn't try to add on things that I didn't want or need. (We needed a macerator toilet installed because our basement is below our sewer line and the macerator has a pump which chops up the waste and sends it uphill and out the sewer line). Josh worked very hard (until 7:30pm) to make sure that the job was done and done right. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use United Plumbing again should we ever need a plumber. I had gotten a lot of estimates on the job and evryone else tried to make the job harder than it had to be. Josh did not try to do that-he just gave a good, honest estimate. Thank you United Plumbing!!

They had little issues with the commode but they worked through them. It has been good so far. They were a little bit on the high side but I haven’t really done too much plumbing in recent years, so I guess that might be the going rate. They provided acceptable service. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I called to have a leaky shower faucet addressed. I quickly got an appointment for the next day's service. Josh arrived at the time appointed and called 1/2 hour ahead to confirm & say that he was on his way. He was very courteous and pleasant and he quickly took care of the problem. He took extra effort to try to match the replacement faucet handle to exactly what I had. I was very pleased with the work he did, and our quiet, dripless faucet works wonderfully!! I will keep United Plumbing's number very handy for any future plumbing needs, and I will highly recommend them to any friends in need of this type of service.

Had a leak where water was coming from somewhere upstairs (we could not find it) an dripping through a kitchen light. Called United Plumbing Company. Was told the Maryville person would call and come that moring. He called almost immediately. He said he would be at my house at 8:30 and he was. He gave me an estimate after finding the problem. Fixed the leaking toilet, replacing what needed to be replaced. He looked at a problem we were having in the basement and gave an estimate for that work. The repair cost what the estimate was. Josh, the plumber was friendly, courteous, and knew what he was doing. A good experience all the way around.

They came out for an estimate, beat the the other competitor, and provided an Angie's List discount. They scheduled the service promptly, showed up, and got the job done as specified. We got exactly what we were looking for.

The guy greeted us at the door but there was no small talk; he was all about business. I showed him what I wanted done and I asked him about the toilet issues while he was working. He gave me an estimate for the two things that I wanted done that day and I thought the price was a little high but I didn?t haggle with him. They have a fee to come out and take a look anyway and I think the price was the top of the range I would call fair.

Upon entering the crawlspace under my home, I noticed an old solder joint that had seen its better day and was dripping. Since plumbing is not my forte, I made a hasty retreat to Angies list in search of a plumber. What a stroke of luck, I picked the right one. An eleven o'clock call resulted in a lunch hour commitment. Wayne was very communitive, explained thououghly what he was going to do, and I was worry free in an hour or so.

Wayne and his helpers were on time and everything went great until they ran into the motherload of clogs. They got through and fixed our clog. I'm so grateful for all their work. Since they came, I've averaged a monthly savings of $25 on my water bill. Their efforts paid for themselves.

I had been frustrated with not having enough hot water for showers and decided to go with the tankless hot water heater. At the same time, I was getting a water softener system and wanted to move the old hot water heater out so I could put the softener in it's place. United Plumbing was very fast and resposive to my need and came out and did the work before the softener was put in. It all went like clockwork and United was the first step. Wayne and Kevin were great; they were very friendly, yet very professional. They made the experience very enjoyable. I was impressed with their knowledge and workmanship.
