The work has been very good. They have done several other plumbng jobs for us and they have been fine. Basically they were very responsive. They were very helpful and did a fine job. The workers I came in contact with were very good.

In an interest to get the plumbing issues fixed quickly, I contacted United Plumbing Friday morning. Wayne called me back promptly, and as luck would have it, he had a cancellation that same day that enabled him to come to our house that morning. He promised he'd arrive within an hour, and he was at our front door in less than 45 minutes. He and his helper were friendly, neat, and super professional. I could not have been more pleased. United Plumbing will definitely get our business from this point on.

Went very well. They quoted me a very fair price. They scheduled the work within a couple of days and showed up when they said they would and finished the work very quickly, neatly and professionally.

Wayne was able to make it to my house within an hour of calling on a Saturday morning. He diagnosed my leaking 14 year old water heater as a goner (I expected that, as it was leaking from the tank itself), and discussed with me the various options for replacement. He did not try to upsell me, and recommended sticking with a standard water heater, rather than one of the pricey upgrades (tankless, etc..) I was asking about. 30 minutes after agreeing to the replacement, he was back from the warehouse with my new water heater and a helper. Not much more than an hour later, and the shiny new unit was installed and heating up the water. He even called a few hours later to check and verify that everything was working as it should. I will happily call Wayne at United Plumbing Co again for any plumbing needs that I have.

I had been told the pipe -- a cast-iron job likely original to the house (which was built in 1954 -- would have to be replaced -- a project that would have cost north of $500. Then Wayne and his assistant came out (within an hour of my call), looked at the pipe, had me flush the toilet a few times, and assured me that the pipe itself was fine -- my problem was nothing more than a wax ring gone bad. All in all, they were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Wayne was very polite and punctual and did his job efficiently and quickly. He came out within 30 minutes of me calling, unlike larger companies that make you wait 2 days. I was very happy with the service.

I called to schedule the work to be done and Wayne showed up at the designated time he stated and called prior to arrival. He was here with one other for 3.5 hours. He did give me the Angie's list discount and estimate before any work began. I was pleased with his work and would hire him again for any repairs.

Perfect! Wayne got to me the same day I called. Prices were very reasonable compared to bigger name plumbing companies in town. I even had a small leak under the sink a week later. There was no way to know if it was related to the faucet installation but he came back and fixed the problem immediately free of charge. I have his number on the fridge and will absolutely call him next time we are in need of plumbing services.

The plumber arrived quickly after our call and found and repaired the leak. He did excellent work.

Wayne came and did an excellent job finding and fixing the leak. When I called him, he told me when he would be at my home and he was there exactly when he said he would be. I showed him where the WKUD water meter was and where the connecting line entered our house. He determined where he thought the leak was and told me what he would charge to fix it. The price was excellent. Wayne is very professional and courteous. I very highly recommend him.

Do to my financial situation I needed to go with a company that could provide financing. I will not hesitate to call Wayne and United Plumbing in the future if I have other plumbing needs.

Wayne and his associate were great. Wayne returned my initial call promptly, came out the same day within the time period he stated, called on his way here, was very informative and knowledgeable about all the options that I was considering, took pride in his work, worked cleanly and fast. Both were very personable guys. He used copper and brass fittings only, without request (no plastic). It could not have gone any better.

Hot water heater copper pipe sprung a leak. These guys came right out and replaced the old soldered section(s) in no time at all. We have used United before and are very satisfied with their work.

I provided a replacement basin and faucet and the plumbers replaced the existing unit and the various connections underneath. They were punctual, offered a no-charge estimate and charged the estimated cost. Two visits (including diagnosis), 2 plumbers, 3 hours total (approx). Second time I've used United Plumbers and have no reason to call anyone but this company next time.

Original estimate for work and work itself was performed by Wayne Pearson. I originally thought the estimate was high, but a second estimate from Knoxville Plumbing (also rated on Angie's List) was significantly higher. The original water heater was an 80 Gallon electric unit (note that we do not have natural gas in our development). DOE regulations now require 80 gallon electric hot water heaters to incorporate a heat pump. For cost, reliability and noise considerations, I decided to go with the largest electric non-heat pump water heater allowed by DOE - the 55 Gallon high efficiency unit noted above. Wayne arrived promptly as scheduled and performed all of the work in a highly professional manner using quality materials. Removal of the old water heater and installation of the new, together with installation of a new cold water shutoff valve, an expansion tank (as required by code) and correction of the main water shutoff valve leakage was completed in ~ 3 hours. I highly recommend Wayne Pearson for plumbing work.

I had a Kohler single handle shower faucet that was no longer producing any hot water. I knew from a google search on the problem that I needed to replace the faucet. Long story made short, I tried to do it myself but was unable to remove the old faucet due to a bit of corrosion on the screw that held the base plate to the shower wall. Besides, I wasn?t sure I knew what I was doing. Called United Plumbing and got a call from Wayne Pearson a few hours later to come out the following week to do the job. Wayne showed up on time but quickly discovered that the faucet part that we needed was no longer readily available at hardware stores. He called Kohler customer service and described the problem to them and even sent them pictures of the faucet. Since the faucet was only 5 years old, they agreed to special order the part and to send it free of charge. A couple of weeks later, Wayne came back with the part and installed it all for $135.
