Description of Work: This was an Angie's List Big Deal -- $99.00 for $200.00 of plumbing services. Filled out the details requested and received no contact or response from United Plumbing. Not sure what happened but based on the lack of response, I did not want to pursue the contract. Thanks to Angie's List representative who was VERY easy to work with on the refund of my payment.

Description of Work: Quick response. Estimate seemed kind of high but quality of work was excellent. Im convinced that their "press" fittings are superior to other connection types. They charged me $426 for about 3-4 hours of work and some copper parts. I think mine was higher than normal because it was outside work -- I had to dig quite a large hole to expose the broken copper pipe near irrigation system. Regardless, I am happy with the finished repair.

Description of Work: nine months after installation I was curious about a possible problem with my new Hot Water Tank, I called and they where at my home and fixed the problem within 3 hours man What service and caring people!

Description of Work: As advertised, the man who came out (on-time) drained my water heater while patiently explaing everything about the mineral content in it, He the flushed and checked the four toilets in my house. Found no problems and left me confident that my water heater and toilets were in good condition.

Description of Work: Had them replace my kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. I used them before to replace my hot water heater. Very nice will use them again.

Description of Work: The "special" allowed for the plumber to check all my plumbing connections.....but all my plumbing connections are in greatcondition so I had him skip that. He only flushed out my gas hot water heater, which is located in the garage at ground level, so is super easy to access and drain. He hooked up his hose to my outdoor water faucet and hot water heater. It took maybe15 minutes. The price didn't seem like a "super deal" at all......just a reg. hourly wage. And, I will do it myself next time....it'spretty simple as I observed. He was a courteous person.

Description of Work: Arrived as scheduled. $520 for four hours work. Parts and hours not itemized. Cleaned up well. Respectful of residence. Had to call back six days after first call shortly after which I received call back from plumber to schedule work.

Description of Work: I called United Plumbing in Knoxville, Tennessee and the gentlemen on the other end of the line made an appointment for us. At the appointed time on the day of the appointment another person (workman) from United Plumbing was at the door. I showed him our problems and he went right to work. Very polite, paid attention to his work, and listened to our comments very well. I am sure that we will have United Plumbing do work for us again.
