Description of Work: I contracted Two Men and a Truck to move my family from a 2BR apartment into our newly constructed home 2 miles away. They arrived on time, and worked quickly. Unfortunately, during the move-in, an 8ft couch gave them some trouble when trying to get it to a second floor bonus room. We told them that if it wouldn't make it up the stairs, that we would put it somewhere else, however the movers forcibly moved it into the bonus room and caused significant damage to two door frames, marred up a wall, and basically broke the couch in the process. Additionally, they scratched up my hardwood floor trying to move the fridge into place. I understand that these types of accidents can happen. While I believe that more care should have been taken and these accidents could have been avoided, the owner has been prompt at returning calls and working with me to resolve the damage issues. I believe that we will ultimately be happy with the resolutions provided.

 + -1 moreI have used Two Men & A Truck before. They do wonderful work. They were very careful to cover all my belongings so everything traveled safely. Nothing had scratches or dents on it. We were very pleased. The guys showed up on time, and worked hard all day long. The only time they stopped working was for lunch, which they did not charge us for. They were also extremely professional and used please and thank you, which is becoming a rarity.
Description of Work: Two Men & A Truck packed up our 1900 square foot home and moved us 8 miles across town into another home.

 + -1 moreThey did an OK job, but they pulled the cord off of the television and I wasn t too happy about that. I never called in about it, but I think they knew they did it. They didn t damage or break anything else. They were on time and were pretty fast getting the work done.
Description of Work: The movers came to my house and loaded three rooms of furniture, all my boxes that I packed, and transported it from my previous residence in Knoxville, to my current residence in Knoxville, which was three miles.

 + -1 moreI didn t think they sent out the right guys. They needed to have at least one person on the crew who had been doing this kind of work for many years. The youngster they sent made me nervous, like I had to keep an eye on them. In fact, some things were missing after the move, but I couldn t prove they did it. They also hit some walls with the furniture and I had to pay to fix them. I wasn t happy with their service.
Description of Work: They moved my family from West Knoxville to South Knoxville which was only about 15 miles.

 + -1 moreI had a very bad experience with this company. I had about $4000 worth of stuff stolen so I complained to the company and they said they had fired the workers that moved me. It was a couple music boxes and some really nice nut crackers. There wasn t anything good about this company.

 + -1 moreTwo Men and a Truck did a fantastic job getting us moved. They sent out two guys who were just great. They did so good that I gave them a nice tip for their work. I was impressed with how well they took care of my expensive large furniture especially when taking it up the steps. They were the cheapest I could find and in my opinion they were the best. I wasn't sure how much the price was though.

 + -1 moreThe guys took very good care of our stuff. They treated my stuff as if it was their own. I was very happy and impressed with the work that they did. They were courteous, showed up on time and very nice and patient. They did not charge for any extra things that they did for us. They just seemed to go out of their way to do things for us.
Description of Work: The movers loaded our furniture in boxes and transported everything from our previous residence in South Knoxville to our current residence in West Knoxville, which is approximately 20 miles. We did all the packing.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job packing us up and letting me be in charge. I just felt more comfortable that way and they had no problems letting me do that. They did a good job sticking to the schedule and arriving on time. The crew unpacked as quickly as they packed. Nothing was broken or stolen and they didn t leave any garbage behind. They were a great bunch of guys.
Description of Work: They moved my property from Michigan to Knoxville. It took 4 days total and they charged $75 hourly. I wasn t sure on the grand total of the bill.
