Wendy and Tina with Two Maids and a Mop did a great job cleaning my home. They were very professional and friendly and had all their supplies to clean! They were very detailed and Wendy took the time to explain to me their cleaning process. They were quick but very thorough. Was so impressed I've set them up to clean monthly from now on.

They arrived on time and asked for a tour of the home to see the areas they would be cleaning. They asked a few basic questions about my home and then began to clean. They were careful with my personal items and were very detailed in their cleaning efforts. They let me know about any issues they encountered in a prompt time frame. They completed all of the items on their Premium Service Checklist and went above in their service level.

They do an amazing job. The attention to detail is wonderful. Those dust bunnies that often hide under beds and furniture are never missed. Dust that is hidden behind those small knick knacks on the shelf is taken care of. People always compliment me on how clean my house looks and I always let them know Two maids and a mop does the cleaning when I am not able. They are always on time and scheduling is easy and simple. They work around my schedule and always call before they come so you never get an unexpected knock on the door. I am so glad I found them. I will never use anyone else.

i used them one other time, this past spring, after I'd had surgery. I was on a lot of pain meds and don't remember a lot other than it looked great. We left my elderly mother here in September while hubby and I went to the beach, and I used a different service because two maids wasn't available. Yeah the house looked good, but they charged fifty dollars more. I have a very bad back and also we are doing some remodeling inside, and despite my efforts and my moms the last couple of weeks, it'd just gotten out of control. They got here exactly on time and worked nonstop. The house is immaculate. I'd recommend them without reservation to anyone. I'm trying to work out my budget so that they can come at least every six weeks or so.

They are very professional during every step of the experience. When they took my order, when they gave me a call reminder a few days before the cleaning, when they arrived punctually, when they explained their services and listened to me, and most importantly when they cleaned my home....everything was very professional. The cleaning staff was very friendly, and they did everything I asked them to do in a timely, efficient, and very thorough manner. I would highly recommend this service to my friends and family.

They did a fantastic job! I got the three hours package and they accomplished all of my requests and then some. This really helped me out during a very busy time!

They do great every time. They're very organized. They document everything. It doesn't matter what team is here because they know exactly what to do. They come every other week. The girls who come were very pleasant and easy to work with. I just haven't met one I didn't love. Usually two would come out. If they're training somebody, a third one would be there.

Have used Two Maids and a Mop for about 6 months now. They always call ahead to let you know when they will be there. The service is exceptional. No problems at all. Highly recommend!

I have been extremely pleased with this company & the services provided and have used them for about 2 years. Personnel are professional, efficient and do great quality work! The only thing I would change if possible would be using the same team week to week.

I was signed up for the move-in deep cleaning for a cost of $575. Two maids showed up on time and got started right away after I walked them through the empty home. If I had to rate the cleaning from 1(poor)-10(best) at this point after seeing what was skipped and not thoroughly cleaned I would have to rate it 5.5. We were moving into a new home and thought it would be very nice to have it cleaned since the prior owners did not clean often, so it needed a lot of work. When I called for the quote I was assured the cleaning would be 8-9 hours and they finished in 5. I could have paid for the 3 hour increments and paid less, but when I originally suggested doing that during the consult, it was stressed that that wouldn't be enough time. I paid a substantial portion of our limited budget for a service I did not receive. Below are a list of things that were missed and not cleaned, as I was provided the 'move-in' checklist itemizing all things that would be included, but most were not. On the surface when they left the house looked clean, but once my husband came home and we did a more through inspection, so many things were clearly ignored. I also found it to be slightly unprofessional of one of the cleaners to be on multiple lengthy personal phone calls during the day. Some of the cleaning was good, one really put her back into the pantry, but left all the upper shelves filthy. Kitchen: no top shelves were cleaned, still needed to re clean many surfaces and all cabinet doors, inside drawers, two cabinets entirely skipped Bathroom: shower heads, top shelves of linen closet, inside drawers/under sink of both the vanities, light fixtures not dusted Bedrooms: blinds/curtain rods not cleaned, closet doors, closet shelves, no bedroom windows (glass surfaces) or ledges were cleanedHallway linen closet and basement doors were not cleaned No vents or air intake vents were cleaned I now realize it was more of a good start to cleaning and I've had to spend a great deal of time and energy to clean rather than move in to our clean home. I feel like I should have only been charged for the time they spent cleaning. I do not plan to use the service again. The company requested my feedback and I emailed this detailed response, but haven't heard back.

It was a first time cleaning. I did the Design with Time choice. The team of two ladies arrived on time and once they had cleared up my initial questions, they went right to work. They cleaned from top to bottom taking care of my most important items and asked questions when they needed to check order of importance. Since the Design with Time choice is 2.5 hours, you want to go with your most imporant areas first and least important last. They assured me that anything that doesn't get done this time will get done on the next visit. They leave notes from each visit so they know what to do next visit. I went with this company because they were able to design the cleaning in a way that mattered to me, not some list the home company tells them they must do. I like that flexibility. They were also very quick to respond back via a phone call, e-mail, or message on Facebook. Good communication! That's really important. I will have them back. I already have my next app appointment scheduled!

The initial quote process and scheduling was great. The ladies were very punctual and arrived 15 mins ahead of schedule. I was home during the service and upon arrival, I showed them around and described what I was looking for in each room, since I scheduled the top to bottom deep cleaning, I figured everything on the checklist would be performed without the time restraints that come with the cheaper 3 hour Design your time package. I explained that I was looking to have the cobwebs removed, all rooms vacuumed, bathrooms cleaned, etc. I was home for all except for 20 mins of the cleaning. During the first part of the cleaning, one of the ladies came into my office and explained that she had broken a ceramic duck due to a shelf falling while she was cleaning it. I explained that the duck was not a big deal, but that she could disregard it. What she didn't tell me is that she actually broke my towel rack above my bathroom sink and tried to put it back on the wall, I found that out the next day. They did not ask me to look around before they left to inspect anything and seemed anxious to leave. She asked me if I was interested in starting a routine service and I said yes that I was looking into having a monthly service performed. She then told me that I would be receiving an email from their office that evening to ask how everything went and to start a routine plan. The entire service took about 2 hours and 45 mins. Upon my inspection, there was still soap scum in both showers, dirt around the baseboards in one bathroom, and there were still cobwebs in some of the windows( all of which are at eye-level and reachable). On the checklist, it also states that they will "clean all appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stovetop." The outside of my refrigerator was wiped down, but the inside wasn't touched AT ALL. For what they did clean, they did a pretty good job, but I feel I would have been better off scheduling the cheaper 3 hour package then scheduling the more expensive package that they "did" in less time. The company prides themselves on a pay for performance program for their employees and state that their employees are paid based on how well the service went. I have now waited over 2 weeks and have not been asked by anyone in their company if I was satisfied. I have also not heard from them regarding setting up a routine visit. Call me crazy, but if someone tells me I should receive an email and that their company will follow up, I expect the company to follow up. Due to all of this, I will not be using Two Maids and a Mop again. I believe their company "promises" are just a gimic to get you in the door and then they don't follow through to keep a customer.

I contacted many companies and individuals for quotes on cleaning, and Two Maids & A Mop was the best deal in terms of what you got for your money (deep cleaning quotes ranged from $215 to $375 from different companies based on the same cleaning tasks). Morgan from their Knoxville office was very quick to respond to my inquiry, and the deep clean scheduling happened very quickly. The two ladies who cleaned our home did a very thorough job. Also, they were a great mix of professionalism and friendliness. Since I was home during the cleaning, they asked me to inspect each room as they finished which I really appreciated. They really took their time to get every detail, and we are still finding newly cleaned areas ("look how clean our microwave is!" "the baseboards are SO white!"). We by no means had a filthy house, but these ladies did their best to make sure I was satisfied with their work. We will be hiring this company to complete biweekly cleanings in our home, and I will update my review should we be dissatisfied with the service - but so far so good and I would highly recommend them for the value and the quality.

Two Maids and a Mop has cleaned my house every other week for about a year. The cleaning team always arrives on time or earlier if it is convenient for me. They perform their duties in an efficient, quiet, and unobtrusive manner. I was particularly pleased that a request I made on the previous visit was noted and followed on the recent visit: I had asked for special attention in the small bathroom where the cat litter box is located. Dust from the litter settles on everything and litter scatters on the floor-- hiding behind the door and along the baseboard. I was pleased that they dusted and swept that area very thoroughly.

Completed everything as asked. Asked for a walk thru by owner before leaving. Arrived on time.

I would tell people to never hire them. They will never set foot in my house again. They were lazy, they rode the clock and left dirt. I had to get someone else a couple of days later. I am going to send a letter to their office. They did not do what they were supposed to do.

The maids are wonderful! They always come in with a smile on their face, and get straight to cleaning. The last cleaning I had was phenomenal. I came in and could definitely see the hard work they put into it. They really went the extra mile straightening, and cleaning! I have a very busy schedule, so it is a relief to know these folks are here to help me with keeping my house clean. It seems like such a small thing, but to me, it is a HUGE help! Thanks!

Overall, the two ladies who cleaned my house did a good job. They arrived promptly, finished swiftly, and were courteous. The folks in the business office were responsive to my calls and emails. They did have to reschedule on short notice, which was very inconvenient. Unfortunately, the cleaners did break 2 of my up-scale blinds, which are hard to replace due to their custom sizing and slat material. They also forgot to clean certain areas, like the cabinet under the sink. Replacing the blinds was more than double the cost of the service. Because of this, I wouldn't use them again.

Most of them are barely adequate cleaners, and the ladies that arrive are frequently rude and disrespectful. Last time they came to my house the maids broke my disposal and didn't even bother to inform me of the issue (it was a lovely surprise the next morning). In past appointments, they've rudely walked into my office (while the door was closed and I was on a conference call), and missed cleaning entire surfaces like the coffee table! Worst of all is the territory manager - LA. She has repeatedly scolded me for making simple requests, such as changing the time of an appointment. She is completely condescending in her tone and incredibly unhelpful. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone, unless they would like to pay top dollar for inadequate service and disrespectful staff.
