Amanda and Kristina were punctual and efficient and timely.

They were great, I am disabled and cannot do much housework, when I asked for a couple of extra items to be cleaned they were both friendly and compliant. I was very pleased with their work

Tonia and Lyric were great cleaners...did especially a great job dusting and thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms. We'd have them back again. This is a good company to use for your house/apt cleaning needs. We'll definitely use them again.

Robin and Maggie were very kind, respectful of our pets and our needs. They took there time to make sure everything was done perfectly. Our house looks amazing!!!! I would request these ladies again. The service they provided was a deep cleaning.

Amanda and Wendy cleaned my house and did an exceptional job. They were friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this service and these cleaning ladies.

We have used their service for about the past 6 months after switching from a significantly more expensive service. Their work has been much better and much more consistent, and we are very glad we made the switch. Breanne and Delight have done a great job.

Robin and Wendy did a great job of cleaning our house. We have three golden retrievers and they shed a lot! It was wonderful to have such a clean house. They worked very thoroughly and cleaned all the hard-to-reach spots that I don't usually get time to clean. I'd recommend their services!

Pros: They're flexible to change the schedule in case something unexpected comes up. They also let you retain the crews you like to work with. Cons: 1. Even with the notes taken, it seemed some people never read it since they changed the crews frequently. Every time there're certain things never got to be done so I had to do it after the crews left. 2. Possible Theft. Since I didn't and couldn't catch the person red-handed, I can only postulate my missing items were stolen from the cleaning. I came back from a trip with my designer makeup bag, and I used the service twice (11/15 & 11/29) with four different cleaning ladies. On 12/3 I realized my makeup bag was gone. In addition, I found out I missed two sets of my finest china butter dishes on the Thanksgiving dinner. I had those for 21+ years, and I couldn't even replace them if I wanted to. I searched high and low and asked every family member to see if they accidentally misplaced it or broke it, and the answer is no since I hand washed those stuff and put them in the cabinet every year after Thanksgiving and Christmas. I can't say those items missing during the last two clean times; it could have happened during the past few years with the service. When I called, the manager asked me to file a policy report. That's the only suggestion they came up with. Very disappointed indeed after so many years of cleaning with them. It made me feel distrustful to anyone right now.

I've been with Two Maids and a mop for 8 months now. Robin R. and Delight did a great job today as usual! Robin has been coming to my home for awhile now and Delight has been coming more recently. I am always so appreciative to come home to a clean house! They are personable, professional, and enjoyable to have in my home when I happen to be here while they are cleaning. When I am not, they take wonderful care of everything and leave it clean and neat and it makes me smile when I walk back in the house later in the day. I also have three German shepherds who shed 365 days a year and they help me stay sane!!

We have used Two Maids & a Mop several times, but this last visit was, by far, the best yet. Kay & Bernice did a spectacular job for us and we will definitely request them again!

I am a student with very little time to devote to cleaning but I have really bad allergies caused by dust - don't have to worry about that after a cleaning from them!! Brittany, Brooke, and Ashley were very thorough and quick which is perfect for someone who doesn't have much time to spare and wait around while my apartment is cleaned. I was free to carry about my day and they worked around me. I went with the touch-up clean because I have kept up with cleaning the apartment myself and they cleaned my kitchen, the inside of my microwave, my bathroom, as well as mopped my floors, made up my bed, and took out my trash. It was nice to not have to worry about cleaning the apartment because they did a great job which I think will last for a couple of weeks for sure!

My five stars are for Bernice! She is amazing and if I could get two Bernice's every time I would be a customer for life. This was my first cleaning with Two Maids and a Mop and was scheduled for a Top to Bottom to get me started well before I went to an alternating Touch up and Premier Clean every other week. They couldn't do a Top to Bottom today so I got the Premier and will get the more thorough one next time around. I was very happy when I got home, knowing it wasn't a Top to Bottom, it still looked so much better than I expected. The few areas that they didn't get to were not a problem at all for me as I knew they wouldn't be able to get everything given the time constraints and my house being super dusty!!. Again, I am a fan of Bernice and if I could have her every time, I'd be one happy camper!

Crystal and Lisa were punctual, professional, and thorough. The scheduling staff was extremely easy to work with and was able to accommodate our request to upgrade to a deep cleaning for our first cleaning---with no wait! We are pleased with the results and plan to continue using 2 Maids & a Mop.

I paid $195 for 3 hour package. They did my request list in reverse order. Cleaned the kitchen first which didn't need to be cleaned. I just added it it on the bottom of my list in case they had extra time with the other 2 things I really needed done. They didn't complete either of the first two things listed even after explaining they were the priority. (3 bathrooms deep cleaned and all floors and baseboards cleaned) They cleaned my kitchen (3rd on the list and didn't need cleaning), one and a half bathrooms that I had to finish myself and cleaned 2/3 of my floors that I needed cleaned. Said they didn't have time for basement floors I guess because they were busy cleaning the already clean kitchen. They left a dirty sponge in the middle of the bathroom floor along with cleaner they left behind. They did come on short notice when I couldn't find anyone else and were punctual. Maybe if I would have stayed and stopped the kitchen from being first it would have been ok except for recleaning the bathrooms.

It went wonderfully. I came home to a clean and immaculate home. They even made the drapes fall beautifully and folded the toilet paper all fancy! Those special touches are what made me want to hire them again.

Overall thorough cleaning. There were a couple of small items that were missed, forgot to take garbage from one small trash can outside and a small amount of dirt was missed on one of the bathroom floors. It was clear the floor had been mopped, just a little dirt at the entryway was missed. The showers were thoroughly cleaned, and everything other than the items previously mentioned looked good. This was the first time using this type of service.
