Am happy to come home to a clean house! Definitely recommend them, they were more reasonably priced than other quotes, and I feel confident in the service. We have monthly service since we're so far from town; I appreciate they are willing to make the drive. Two ladies arrive, get right to work, and work the entire time. Almost everything gets done - first time we had the deep cleaning and some things were overlooked but I took care of those since the bulk of the work was done :)

My first interaction with 2M and M was with LA, who was very friendly and helpful. We had had a couple of disappointing experiences with maid services in the past, and LA ensured me that their incentive model was unique and helped to safeguard against deteriorating service over time. We're now one month into the cleaning service and we couldn't be happier. The staff is professional and punctual and does a great job at every time. We got the premium package for $90 each week, and while the girls clean all of the basic areas each time, they have a different "focus area" each week that allows them to do more of a deep clean in certain areas. For example, they clean the inside and outside of our windows once each month, and some weeks they will focus on baseboards, etc. Last week, a supervisor showed up to our house during the cleaning to check in on the girls and to do a surprise inspection, so it is nice to know that there is a high level of oversight with the company. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service, and it is very nice to not have to worry about rechecking their work each and every week due to their feedback-incentive program. While they are certainly not the cheapest option around, we feel that we are getting a great value and couldn't be happier.

They arrived on time and got straight to work. They used they own products and equipment. They spent several hours and did a great job cleaning. I had a very positive experience and have scheduled a repeat service. Great presentation and even allowed a custom quote.

They are on time and worked nonstop. Would like to see some disposable prodcuts used for dusting fans to avoid cross contamination. They missed a couple of dusting surfaces but cleaned them after it was brought to their attention. Overall satisfied with their work and attitude.

Over all they did an excellent job. There was a couple of areas that were missed but overall I was very pleased.

They were prepaid and we will not use this company again.

My experience with 2 Maids and a Mop was wonderful! LA was great to work with when scheduling the cleaning. She made sure to explain all of my options and helped me to determine what fit best into my budget. When the ladies showed up to clean, they were on time and incredibly friendly. When they left, the house was spotless (even with 2 dogs and a toddler running around behind them all day). It was cleaner than it was the day we moved in. The best part of my experience was that I got to spend the day playing with my son instead of cleaning the house.

Professionalism - start to finish. The estimate was quick. The price was reasonable. The service was outstanding. I will definitely be a regular client. : )

The team of two ladies arrive and bring all their equipment and cleaners to the door. They come in and ask if there are any special needs this week. We talk and I just get out of their way and let them clean. They vacum, mop, dust, change the sheets, wash the bathroom, kitchen, etc. After they leave, I get an email asking me to rate their performance from a scale of 1 to 10. I don't know exactly how it works but they are paid relative to the rating I give. That's an interesting twist I hadn't experienced before.
