He is excellent. He was really good about emailing and texting after hours to help us with a long distance project of ours. He gave some good advise as well. He really cares about what he does. He is a 2nd generation plumber. As a matter of fact, Bryan impressed us so much that he is one of only two providers we trust to do work while we are not present. He will be doing more work on a bathroom for us in the near future.

Bryan responded VERY promptly to the message I sent via Angie's List. We arranged a convenient time for both of us and he arrived as promised. I explained my problem and requested information on installing a grey water line to reduce the load on my septic system. He listened carefully, asked clarifying questions and then examined underneath my house. There he discovered that my problem is a sagging drain line that restricts the flow to the septic tank, plus a possible leak underneath my washer, He provided a detailed quote for the repair, answered my questions and did not leave until he was satisfied that I understood everything. I think my home warranty will cover this repair, but if it does not, I definitely would put Plumbing Authority at the top of my list to do the repair for me.

Brian came as soon as we called. The home is on an overnight rental. A hot water pipe froze. He got everything turned off and recommended an extractor. Actually, he even called him. After the extraction, Brian came back and did all repair work on the pipe. As I write this, I'm waiting for the Ins. Co to send his payment. He billed me a little late because he became a new Dad. This is the 3d time we've used Brian and are so very pleased we found him on Angie's List.

Very pleased so far Bryan is very professional and explains every detail of his services. He always answers his phone when you call . He offered details on options for our slab foundation that we had no idea were available without trying to push any services on us.

I was given Brian's number on a night when I thought the hot water heater had gone out. I am an absentee homeowner and the home is rented on VRBO. I had guests staying and wanted service that evening. As it turned out, I was out of propane. because the delivery man got sick then forgot to come. Brian was nice enough to return my call that evening. I told him I would call and have him do a routine service when we came down. He came and flushed the system for us. Later I asked him if they did emergency calls. I told him I need to know if a guest has a problem he would go to the home and check it. Even if it was at night. He assured me they do emergency calls. This is the type of service I need so I now have a new plumber. Thank you Brian. Thanks to Angie's list I now have a new plumber and a new heat & air man I know I can depend on if there's a problem when I have guests staying in our home.

He did have some problems because the water cutoff coming into the crawl space had not been turned off in probably 15+ years. He also had trouble cutting the water off at the road because dirt had filled my manhole covering the cutoff valve. I do believe any other Plumber would have had the same problem as he did. Once he got the water shutoff, he had no problem repairing the leak.

He delivered the new tub to me, and hauled off the old one and all the debris. He is super professional, courteous, and very easy to ask questions of. He does a great job, and keeps everything very neat in the process. I still need the toilet and vanity replaced, and plan to use Bryan for all of our future plumbing needs. It's nice to have someone in your home that you can trust to do a good job.

I used him about a month ago and I spent $50 with him. We were having a problem with our water pressure so he came to adjust it. He got caught up with another job earlier before he came to me so he notified me that he was going to be late. He was very friendly and he quoted me a price on putting a utility sink in, which was reasonable.

Very courteous and professional. He had to order parts to tie into my existing gas lines as they were out-of-date but still had it done within a couple weeks of initial contact (most of that time was waiting on the parts). Finished the gas installation within the two hours so I also asked him to look at a toilet that was wobbly. He did have to pull the toilet (an extra $100 charge standard but he did it without breaking anything nor getting water all over the place as I?d likely have done had I tried doing it myself). Extremely clean operation, tested everything for leaks, never tried to ?up-sell? or talk me into getting more work done. And yes, re-seating the toilet was my request, he told me up-front exactly how much it would cost. In fact, the whole price matched his advance estimate all the way through. The $324 total included the $99 I paid through Angie?s list for the two hours labor, plus $25 for parts and the $100 charge to pull & re-seat the toilet. A great price for the quality of work and the level of service.

He did great work for me and he was a nice man. Scheduling went fine and he was accommodating and he arrived on time for the appointment. Unfortunately, he was not able to resolve my issue but it was not at any fault of his, he really tried his hardest. I think there were some exclusions on the coupon and he was not fully equipped to do what I wanted.

I purchased the big deal for the Plumbing Authority and I'm so glad I did. Bryan was very professional and showed up right on time. His scheduled appointments was about two weeks out when I called, but he was more than willing to try and work me in. Within a week he had a spot opened up for me. Everything went great! He asked exactly how I wanted everything positioned and made sure I was pleased with the job. Some additional parts were needed and he threw those in free of charge! Would gladly use again!!!!

Bryan came to my house on schedule. My toilets and tub were all backing up. He was very polite, professional and gave a fair price for the service he preformed. Soo happy I can flush my toilets again! Thank You Bryan! My highest recommendation to all..

Provider does not cover the Union County area There is no work date but you will not take a review without something so I have put one in.

He was very professional and pleasant. He wore shoe covers and placed pads on floor where working. Thought he was quite fair on the price for 3 hours of work plus some parts. I will absolutely call him again and have already recommended him to others. Also, he was great with my son's dog that I had to "dog sit" that day.

It was a great experience! He knows his business for sure! The best thing though was that he will listen. He was "Johnny on the spot with what time he said he would be there!
