Description of Work: They re-evaluated the previous work I had done on my clogs in the plumbing system, analyzed my input on what I experienced, made the proper diagnostics before starting work, and I think I have resolution on this problem. |I am impressed with Bryan's skills. I was very pleased with the outcome, his suggestions, and every way he conducted himself. I feel confident and know he'll back me up if I have any more problems. Very good experience.

Description of Work: {.$99.00 for 2hrs plumbing repairs deal,} when the plumber sent a text he wanted an additional $135 for a truck service charge before any estimate or work could be performed making my $99 into a $234 deal plus parts. .. I called Angie to tell them about the upcharging, and they said they'd find another plumber. after a couple days I was told they couldn't find another plumber in my area, {Knoxville}? so I needed a refund, I fixed it myself and waited..............a year and a 1/2 & still waiting,, I Can't use Angies again because of the likelihood it might happen again, I'm lucky it was only $99 and not $1999 though
