I am satisfied with their service and use them on a regular basis. I have used them for about a month and so far things seem to be going well.

We hired them based on an Angie's List recommendation. They did an initial cleaning that was expensive, but it is less for the routine cleaning maintenance. They are very thorough. They gave us a lot of options for customizing what we would have cleaned.

They generally do a good job. Compared to other cleaning services that we have used they are reliable. Their price is good. I pay them $100 to clean 2000 square feet house. The people who come are friendly. They generally do a pretty good job in cleaning.

They are good and they do what they're supposed to do.

They have been very thorough so far and I like the idea that they had a specific individual assigned to do your house. They have been very punctual and the ladies that clean my house do a good job. They have better quality control than the past company I used because the owner spots checks the cleaning from time to time. I will use them in the future.

They are dependable and work in a systematic manner. They follow a schedule and do work accordingly. They are very responsive to calls and work professionally. I am satisfied with their services and will use them in future.

They are wonderful. They do a great job. They are always good. I have been using them for over a year. They clean the main level which is probably 1500 sq. ft. I really like them. I pay per visit. What they do is a rotation of four areas; so they come every two weeks and every two weeks they really super clean one area but they hand scrub my kitchen floor every time they come which is amazing to me. They do everything, and this week they did the powder room, master bath and the hall bath. They scrub the grout and give extra attention to the shower door. Doors and door frames are hand-wiped, knickknacks are individually cleaned, cabinets and windowsills are hand-wiped. Floors are given extra attention. Faucets, sinks and drains are washed. We usually get the same two people to come out, but because we were out of town last week, the people who we get normally didn't come, and we had two different people today who didn't speak English but they cleaned very well. They have a chart that they bring with them that tells them exactly what they are to do. We had two ladies clean our house for the last ten years before that. They were nice and we could trust them. I knew they were not going to steal anything from me, but a lot of days they would do only half the job, and they charged $60; so for $6 more, I get better service. They are always on time; in fact, today I was at a rental property. They called me and when I went home, they were sitting on my front porch waiting for me; it was 91 degrees. I would continue to use them in the future.

I have used them for a year and the cleaning is inconsistent. They are punctual and reliable, but it depends on which crew you get as to the quality of cleaning provided. I'm not sure if it is the green cleaning products or the crew, but it never feels deep cleaned. It could be a combination of both. The management does quality checks, which is a great idea only if it helps to improve the quality of the job.
