The gentlemen arrived promptly and started work immediately. The house had sat vacant for several years and had a musty smell to it. The revacuumed the carpet before starting the cleaning even though we had vacuumed the night before to insure the cleaning as a thorough as possible. The cleaning was done well and left the house smelling fresh without the previous odor. Both of the gentlemen were very polite and friendly and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the results. Their pricing was much better than the other quotes in the area with no less quality. We will definitely be using this company again.

Carpet very stained, but looked much better after treatment. House is currently being renovated, so no hot water was available, and Super Clean was able to run hoses from their truck. Very nice and professional. The only drawback is that I had an appointment for 2-3 pm and they arrived at 4pm. I would use them again.

He worked alone and had a hard time explaining things. he let me know he would not move anything not even a coffee table. i thought it was a real good deal through Groupon ,0nly 45 for 3 rooms of carpet . I only had 2 rooms and a hall. He cleaned quickly and I asked when i could walk on it and he said for now barefoot,but would take 16 hours to dry completely. It is so wet. I do not see how this co. has high ratings. They must have a had a different worker he was on time!

They didn't get everything, they missed some spots. They were nice, punctual but they missed some spots around the table legs and other areas.

The worker came just a little early. He walked us through what he was going to do . Then he hooked up his equipment and went to work. Cleaned the carpet and then installed stain resistant treatment.Ford drive

Avi and his assistant were very efficient, professional, and industrious, hard-working people. The entire process for our office took just under 3 hours and they were willing to do the job on a Sunday. I was impressed that Avi came back to check how the carpet and upholstery looked the next day, and was very willing to put in some extra effort on a couple particularly stubborn spots. The upholstery and carpets all looked brighter and clean after their work. We will definitely use them again.

I would say it was average. The work was not very skilled. He could've been more gracious.

I made an appointment with Super Clean to clean my carpets in my house, because my carpets were disgusting. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats and they've had some accidents on the floor. Super Clean told me about the additional services they offered. So I also got the pet stain removing spray. And it was well worth it! They arrived on time, they were very friendly and professional. After that, he started cleaning, and it was a faster process than I thought it would be. This service was a lot more convenient and less time consuming than renting a carpet cleaner, which I had been doing before. Overall, I was extremely pleased, and my carpets look and smell great! I will definitely be calling Super Clean again to clean my carpets and air ducts.

I had originally had another technician out to clean the carpet with the Big Deal in April. I was dissatisfied with these services and contacted Angie's List. George, the owner of the company, came back out and re-cleaned my carpet. I am more than satisfied with his work. He was very adaptable and actually ended up coming out earlier than planned. He made it clear if that didn't work to let him know.

They were on time, very professional, very helpful, informative, and never tried to force me into upgrading, adding services or anything that I didn't want to do. They provided helpful information, and left it to me to make the final call. They came in, completed all services in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Overall I feel like I got a bargain for what I spent! Also the young man that showed up was very informative and polite. I am definitely recommending Super Clean to all of my friends and family members.

Be patient as this company is busy, but worth waiting for. WOW. I am super pleased

I made an appointment with Super Clean to clean the carpets of four rooms. They were able to fit me in quickly which was great. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment time in order to make sure I was there and ready for them to come, which I thought was very considerate. The technician was prompt and very professional. I had a few pet stains, which he explained would require a pre-spray to fully remove- and I didn't mind paying a little extra for the stain removal since they were certainly set-in. My carpets look amazing now, and I will definitely use them again.

He was professional except that his credit card machine didn't work and I wasn't about to write my credit card number down for them so I ended up giving them a check. I don't usually use checks, so I would have been in a pickle without having one.

They were very good. They were very timely and quick. They did a great job on the carpet. The young man that was here, his name was Abi. He was very professional, quick, thorough and efficient.

I wouldn't use them again. The person was kind of rude and they tried to rush the appointment time, he called me about an hour and a half early saying he was at my house. When I did get there, I didn't know it was them because it was not a marked vehicle and he was in his car asleep. And when he did the carpet cleaning, he wanted to up-charge. The carpets in this house are practically new and I just wanted to make sure that they were clean but he wanted to do extra stuff too; it could have been better but we didn't want to pay for the extra, we just wanted the basic. They shouldn't advertise a special and then try to make a person feel bad for it.

They were able to get me worked in quickly. However the man showed up in an unmarked vehicle with a rental machine. He was here several hours; the price doubled from estimate; carpets were wet for very long time & still have pet urine smell on carpet (which was whole reason for having carpet cleaned). Would never use again nor recommend. I have had this problem with both companies that I have used from Angie's list- probably wont be utilizing this as a resource any more.

I thought they were great. The guy who came and did our carpet did not try to sell us on anything. He offered other services, but he did not pressure us at all because we just wanted the basic cleaning. Their prices were incredible because they did five areas of carpet for like $100 while the other service provider was doing a sale for five areas of carpet for $150. Those were the two best things their prices and just the fact that they did a great job and did not make us so pressured to do anymore.
