Description of Work: They were great! They cleaned approx. 1300 sq. ft. of carpet in need of help. Turned out great. I am a Real Estate agent, and I have used their service 3 different times for 2 buyers and 1 seller. I have also had my own home cleaned by Super Clean. Description of Work: The service was clearly promoted as a "level one" cleaning. The worker entered with a portable cleaning machine and superficially cleaned several areas of carpet I designated. Those areas were dirty and in need of more than vacuum cleaning, but I was not ready to have my regular service perform their excellent, deep, thorough cleaning of multiple areas. I regarded this service as a "stop gap," and that's what it was. I doubt that I would engage this company for thorough cleaning.

 + -1 moreStart to finish was great. He as in and out in about 2 hours and the carpet was dry after a couple hours.
Description of Work: They did a great job. They cleaned 3 bedrooms and my basement. The basement had heavy traffic due to dogs and they made it look and smell like new. The owner did the cleaning for me because it was a religious holiday for his employees. He did just as I wanted and didn't try to up sell any products or service plan. Great job.

 + -1 moreThe people I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and they managed to laugh with me as I scanned through my busy schedule to find an available time. Their hours are great. A man even called me in advance to ensure that my appointment time was still ok, and to make sure that I would be home at the planned time. The carpet cleaning tech was very knowledgable and patient as he was explaining the different options of stain removal. Their prices are reasonable for every budget- I paid less than what the local competitors quoted me. I will definitely use there services again.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment with Super Clean Knoxville in order to have the carpeting in my 2 bedroom apartment cleaned. I have a dog that sometimes has accidents, and I needed stain removal in addition to general carpet cleaning. They cleaned the carpets in my 2 bedrooms, the hallway, and the living area.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet in my living room, two bedrooms, stairs, and a hallway. He was by far the cheapest quote I had ( about $70 less) and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
