Fairly well.

They came and did carpets for us. They were prompt, extremely courteous, extremely professional, and extremely careful. They didn't leave anything behind. They were overall excellent.

They arrived on time and did a good job. The carpet came clean but there was too much wear to look really good - nothing to do with their cleaning. The carpet was only 2 years old but the last tenant was rough on it.

It took less than half a day and I had only given them a day's notice, which was pretty good. I didn't actually see the carpet because I am relocating so I had my realtor handle it. They misquoted me to do vinyl flooring. They said the person who quoted it quoted for carpet and that vinyl was more expensive. I told them not to do the vinyl.

I need a chimney sweep. Being new to the area I thought I would try Angie's list and joined for the first time. I called the top rated company and while they were very nice and polite, they said they don't offer this service.

I had them clean my carpet one time. They were okay and they did a decent job but they were way over priced. There are many other independent carpet cleaners who do just as good a job or better and charge half of what Stanley Steemer charges. Apparently, their franchise fees must be quite high as all the ads that you see for them, you pay for them when you get them to do your carpet. They charged more than twice than the person that regularly does our carpet charges. It was not bad or anything but it was just that they were way over charged. We get our carpet cleaned every couple of months because of the pets and children traffic. I stopped using them after I got one taste of their bill. I would not recommend them but would recommend two or three other service providers locally. They did not do anything special and they did not do any better than anybody else did but they did not do any worse either. There was nothing to recommend but there was nothing to criticize either except their price which was incredibly high. Their responsive was about average. They came when they said that they would but everybody does that as they come when say that they would. They were average. There was nothing special about their professionalism. I would absolutely not use them again in the future. The carpet company that I bought my carpet from probably recommended them to me.

They did two bedrooms and a hallway. They also did some scotch guard treatment after that and that was about $140. They did fine and the carpets are great. They were great.

My rental house had been taken care of by a property manager for many many years. Recently the heater had to be replaced. The renters said the filters were still very dirty so I had the duct work cleaned. The renters were extremely happy with the work Stanley Steemer did, and when they sent me the before and after duct photos I was shocked. Apparently the ducts had never been cleaned, it's amazing the heater and a/c lasted as long as they did. S. Steemer was recommended to me by Bower Heating and A/C who replaced my heater, and I would recommend both companies.

The experience with them was positive. I had called for their $99 special and that was for two rooms and a hallway. I have a couple of dogs and they did that and put a sealer and scotch guarded it. They called me back and said it's been a year and they wanted to know if I needed more work to be done. It has been done well and I have not needed anything to be done.

They did an excellent job. It looked like new carpet when they got done. Their price is pretty fair when compared to some of the others. It only takes a day or two for them to come. I would absolutely use them again,

Over all everyone I came into contact with was very professional, courteous, and sympathetic. They handled everything for me and kept me well informed of what they were doing and what needed to be done along the way.

Upon inspecting the chimney, they found it to be in good shape and not in need of their services. They would not take any money. I'm very happy that they came and feel that should the chimney need cleaning, they would/will be the ones to do it.

Very well. They were here on time, did an excellent job and even left my furnace in better shape than it was found (retaped ducts).

As stated before, this was my first experience with Stanley Steemer. I had used another company for years, but their price has gone beyond my budget. I called and was greeted professionally and promptly scheduled. I explained that I had an elderly cat who had begun using my front hall carpet for her needs. The gentlemen who did the cleaning arrived one minute before my scheduled appointment, introduced themselves, and explained the process. They cleaned the areas I had designated and explained about the drying time and how we should walk on it. They put warning signs on areas where the carpet meets linoleum that the materials used could make the linoleum slippery. I appreciated this as it may have saved me a fall. When the carpet dried it was very clean and the pet stains gone. This company and their employees conducted business in a very professional manner. I will definitely use them again. l
