Brian with Stanley is excellent. He takes time to explain what areas may or may not come out and how long it will take him to do the job. He cleaned a loveseat and 2 queen Ann chairs that had been in storage for a few years. The furniture looks brand new. If you need Stanley steemer to clean your furniture, hardwood floors or carpet you will want to ask for Brian. He has cleaned my carpet last year and I was beyond excited to see him back to do this furniture. You can request him and I suggest if you want a quality job then you better request him. I will always use him. He is very friendly and personable.

On time, polite and thorough with the service

They were professional though I have never used any company to compare with.They left a pleasant smell on the carpet which never affected me given the allergy problem I have.

Very courteous, patient, and professional. They seemed to do a good job. I was interested that they used a cell phone to take picture in places where they couldn't see. I happen to have just had hardwood floors installed a few months ago, so I was super-sensitive. The hoses did leave a few marks on them but I was able to fix the marks.

I did use them in emergency situations and they're the best. They came almost immediately, they did a decent job and the price was lovable.

They were professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. While there they gave me a quote for whole house vent cleaning.

The crew was very polite and explained everything they were doing. This was the second time I have used Stanley Steemer and will call them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I was very pleased with the service. The stimator was on time and efficient. The gentlemenn who did the cleaning were prompt, professional and polite. They explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. They did exactly what they promised to do. The office communicated when I would expect the workers to arrive. I have no complaints at all.

They arrived early within the service window. They listened to what I wanted done and went about their work in a very professional manner. All three rooms were cleaned and protectant applied. Furniture was moved as needed and moisture protection placed under the legs of items as necessary. I was very happy with the service and the professionalism of the technicians. Will use them in the future.

Yhey were young, they did not spend much time on spot, which are back. Tney did not move furniture. I sm 61 year old widow and did not realize they would not. There was a strong odor. They werenot here long snd honestly, did noy look much better after, The duct cleaners was also in and out pretty quickly and I still have a lot of dust and filter still fas to be changed often.

The cleaning of the duct work was complete and professionally performed. Their staff was on time and cleaned up after themselves.

They were on time, professional and flexible. They were very careful when they move and turned the furniture and they did that without any problems or damage. I would use them again if I need to have something cleaned.

I have always had good service with Stanley Steemer. I am on a contract with them and they come out 3 times a year. They try to send out your favorite technician to clean, I have had 3 that I really like and a few I won't let back in my house. They do an excellent job.

They arrived at the scheduled time and were efficient, courteous and did an excellent job. The carpet had not been cleaned in several years and looks like new now. We would definitely hire them again.

Made a bigger mess than I had to start with.

All was easy and went well. They were professional.

Overall, everything was great, but I didn't like how the suggested upgrades to the cleaning which "if I had it done right then they could give me a deal". I thought all of these options should have been given over the phone when I place the order. Other than that, the men who came were professional and polite. I will use them again, but next time I will ask about all the options when I book appt.
