Russell's Pest Control

I have had no problems with them. As far as I know they do a good job. They call when it’s time to come out, I don’t have to call them. They let me know when it’s time. I haven’t checked to see what other companies charge so I can’t grade them on price.

Russell's has been our pest control company for a couple of years now at multiple properties and we wouldn't use anyone else. Just great.

The price and quality are decent. I plan to keep using them in the future.

I have been with them for 8 or 9 years. They did what they said they would do and I haven’t had any pests since then. I have a contract with them for termites and they come out every quarter. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been a customer of Russell's Pest Control for over 10 years. I originally had them come and treat my home after I was hit with termites. Since then, I have maintained an annual inspection/re-application contract with them. Under the contract, they inspect my home once a year and if any active termites are found they treat the area. The company had been great! They always show up when they say they will, do a thorough inspection and even wear disposable booties over their shoes when they inspect my basement to keep my house clean. So far they have had to do one small re-treatment and they handled it promptly and efficiently. Very happy with this company and I would highly recommend them!

I have been using them for over twenty years. They are very trustworthy. They have termite control. I like that they do everything from the outside. They don't have to come inside.

They have been very communicative. They have always responded to any kind of needs whenever you make a service call. They are very prompt about making their quarterly visits. They are very professional. They are very good. They are always there when they say they are going to be there. They know how to help. I would use them in the future.

Russell's inspects and installs Sentricon for us. They have been responsive to termite problems, and when some were found during some other work on the house, they came and did soil poisoning very promptly. I've been happy with their service.

They come out promptly and they are very good. They have found termites on a couple occasions but they have taken care of the problem. All of the staff is very friendly. Their prices are reasonable and I will continue to use their services.

This company has been treating my house for the last thirty-four years. These guys are reliable, professional, very nice, and they offer great deals. I can't imagine using anyone else and getting the same service. They've even helped me when I was in bad financial shape, just a wonderful company.

The gentleman that maintains our home was the one to do the initial estimate. He educated us on what the chemicals are that they use and how they work and signed a contract. Pretty sure his name is David. We have not had any problems with pests since contracting with them.

This company has hard time keeping their employees. Each time they come out servicing my properties, it's new people. Anyway, there are plenty of pest control companies in Knoxville. If they don't value me as a customer (I have them for 10 years), I'd take my business somewhere else.

When they first come out they sprayed the inside and outside the house. They come out every ninety days and do all the way around the house again. They wipe the spider webs and also spray the outside of the house. I have a separate service which is termite where they have these canisters that they go around the house every ten feet apart. It has a bate in it and they come out every ninety days and check that to see if there is termite activity and if there is they put a poison. We had actually requested them to come out to do some spraying because they don't normally spray inside other than the first time. We had seen a lot of spiders on the outside of the house and a couple on the inside just because the winter was coming. I had to call them and reschedule it because of a problem I had. I didn't have any problem with the rescheduling and they came out when they were supposed to be here. After the initial sign up amount its $75 quarterly and for the termite its $250 yearly. They are excellent and all round they do a great job.

They come regularly, so I don’t have to deal with them much. Their price varies depending on what the service is. I would recommend them to others and would continue to use them in the future.

The workers were very friendly. They are on time and professional. If I ever had any problems with ants or anything like that then they would come out anytime without any extra charge for that.

I like him because I don’t have to call him and remind him to come out. They don’t have to come in the house because their stuff works from the outside and it’s great. I’ve had no problems with the pests, but towards the end of 3 months, I might get to see a couple running around. It’s usually right before it’s due to be sprayed again. I have 3 different properties and they spray all 3 of them. I pay $100 for my house and $75 for the rental properties.

We like them. They are really good. The pest control guy lets us know when he comes. They are really nice. We open the back porch and the garage. So, he sprays in those two, but he doesn?t come into our house to spray. We have a monthly service with them. When we moved in here, the house was new and we used the people that the builder used. He had the termite stuff in already. We found out who had it in and so we just used him. I am glad we did because they are very good. I am sure that the price is reasonable. They have a special guy who does just our area. He is very nice and he is always here on time.

I had these folks at my bussiness for over 5 years the last year they couldnt keep employees i guess had a new person every 2-3 months finally the last guy broke the color laser printer by turning it on its side spraying would not listen the company filed a report with thier insurance but after 1 year still havent heard from them so i now have anothe extermanator

They are great. They always come on time and it takes them only about 30 min to do everything.

Their prices are competitive and they use the same equipment that some of the larger companies use locally. I would continue to use them in future.

Russels does a great job when they come out spraying for bugs. I like that if, I'm not here when they do their inspection and spraying that they leave a detailed report of their findings.

We've used Russells for ten years and are very happy with their service. Once in a while, we've seen ants in between their visits, but we are free to call them and they'll come out and take care of the problem at no extra cost.

We were very pleased with their service. I had a contract with them and they had honored it. They always showed up when they said they would and they were here if I needed them, without any hassles. They have gotten rid of and kept away the earwigs for me.

We were very pleased with Russells Pest Control. Mostly we were just happy he got rid of the rats. We also liked that he didn't ask or expect money up front. He had a real positive attitude and was a nice guy. We are still waiting for the bill to come, so I was not able to tell you how much it actually cost at this point.
