Russell's Pest Control

The Bed Bug treatment itself was effective. almost 2 months later there are no signs of bed bugs. The problem is that when they did the treatment, one of their technician's stole a firearm from my home. No one at Russell's seems to care. I filed a police report, but there are no witnesses, so not much can be done. And because i signed a piece of paper saying i removed all such items from my house, i have no recourse. It was a mistake that i left it behind, but apparently because i signed a piece of paper, Russell's Pest Control Technicians are free to steal from me? also missing was a cheap necklace. apparently it looked real, so they took that too. Again, no one at Russell's Pest Control seems to care being as they already got their thousands of dollars for the treatment.

During huge rain storm, we had a horde of termites suddenly emerge from under a floor board into our living room. Called several termite companies, selected Russells. They were able to inject termite poison into the foundations of our house without drilling into our patio. After a year we have seen no termites. NONE! very good job.

Their prices are competitive. I would use them again in the future. They could be a little bit more consistent in their service when they come out.

They could do a better job of doing the inside of the home more frequently. They only do it once-a-year or on request. I do not think you can attack that type of job from the outside. I think you have to do it on the outside and the inside.

They last came out as part of a contract. They were very professional, and easy to work with. They did what they said they were going to do.

Im from the city and this is my first country home. We were having problems with spiders and other bugs coming in from the cow pastures all around us. I called and they came right out and made a plan for my home. He arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable and professional.

I hardly knew he was there. Very efficient. Treatments have been effective.

We have had Russells termite protection for a number of years and were satisfied until we purchased a much larger home and have a termite protection plan with another company for about 1/5 the cost. I'm sure the canisters and termite bait are expensive, but $300 a year is a bit much for me comparatively speaking.

The service from Russell's was very excellent. They were very sympathetic and helpful. And most importantly, no more fleas!

It started with my husband & I getting everything up off the floor that didn't belong there. Once the guy showed up he spoke to us about the process. He would go through and spray all carpeted areas & we had to be out of the house for 4 hours due to the chemical smell & it also needed time to dry. We had already tried all the flea medicines for the dogs & flea sprays for the carpets & nothing was working. This stuff did the trick, the fleas are finally gone in the house, but I think I still need to have the yard treated.

There were bugs in my kitchen and when I told Russell's Pest Control about them they said "You don't have to worry about them, those are called unidentified crawling objects". Then I was advised by my friend to change them and then the new company came and got rid of the bugs. I was not happy with the Russells. I will never use them. I rather not see them again.

I've used them for many, many years. Their servicemen are consistent. They are consistently the same person so they know the facility and the areas that need care. I compared price in the beginning but not lately. They are very professional.

If I have a problem, they come right out and fix it, and they have been very, very good. For example, if I have ants in my house, they are here in a jiffy, and they get it fixed at no extra charge. They guarantee that I won’t have these things, and if I do, they come and correct them right away. I have never had any problems with them.

They have always been reliable. They have always provided good service for us. They will come in between service visits if we need them to. They are non-intrusive and they get the job done.

They did not call me when they came back the second time, so they did not come inside for treatment. They did leave another note saying they could not get inside again, and I did not have an appointment. I called them, and they did not have my phone number correct. They have also sent me a bill for services that they have not even provided yet. Based on how things have gone so far I would not use them again once my contract is finished.

They are so good! They are like my best friend and I could not say enough good things about this company! If you have any kind of problem at all they come out to fix it right away. We have had them for four years and they are the most wonderful company ever. The same man comes out every time and he is just so polite.

I’ve been using them for a couple of years. I pay $70 for the quarterly spraying and it was $300 for 3 or 4 years for the termites. I really like them. They are very good. It has been the same lady that has sprayed for me all the time and she is very nice and does a very good job. The price is normal. They were willing to break it down over a period of years or months so they work with me. I've never had any issues.

It’s probably good that I haven’t used them in three years because that means I don’t have pests. I like them and the price was very reasonable. They told us how to maintain it; they’re really not after my money, they are really there to help fix the problem. I would recommend them to a friend and I would tell them that they don’t need to get into a one year agreement. They’ll come out and assess it. They are fair, they know what they are talking about and they are there to fix the problem and not necessarily drain your budget. If I need help again, I would absolutely use them.

We have been using them for 5 years and haven't seen a need to leave.

I had no problems with them, they are excellent.

My mom had used them before. We liked that they came right out and we didn't have to wait. We have small children and pets and didn't have to worry about the chemicals harming them. They were very professional. Most of their treatment was outside.

I would highly recommend them, they are very good. They are always punctual, and they are very friendly. They explain things about the receipt that they do and what they do. If I am not home they don’t spray inside my house. I would continue to use them in the future if I needed to.

We have been using them for 7 years. Their price is reasonable, it is $180 a year. They are very friendly people.
