Description of Work: First time application with Angie's discount. Shaun was our tech and did a great job explaining the process and was extremely professional. I would recommend him to anyone. So far a couple weeks past the service, too early to tell how effective but we were very happy. My in laws were there during the visit and they too were extremely pleased by Shaun's visit.

Description of Work: I am signed up for the monthly exterminating plan. I have been very happy with how professional and thorough the service has been. I live in the woods and have an overwhelming amount of insect life. We have ticks and mice too and they have been able to keep them under control. I also purchased the termite protection and so far so good. Ron is my usual exterminator and does a wonderful job. He always wears shoe covers when he comes inside and if there is any unusual insect activity he always has a solution. No Bugs!

Description of Work: Upon moving into our house that has been unoccupied for the past year, we were attacked by fleas. We called Russell's the next day and asked if they could get someone out ASAP to treat the house. A technician came out within hours, treated the home with pest control agents, and gave us all the information we needed for getting set up with a regular service. He was informative and upfront about everything. We set up a termite inspection and protection service, and both technicians showed up promptly and were professionals in every aspect. I'm happy with the service we received from Russell's, and am pleased with having our pest control needs set up through them.

 + -1 moreI've had Russell Pest Control come out and do my pest applications on a quarterly basis. I've had no problems with any pests and continue to use their service. I would recommend their services to anyone in the area. They are very professional and very nice people to work with.

 + -1 moreI was stuck in a contract with Russell's Pest Control, due to some screwed up paper pertaining to my home and this contract was some how shoved in with it. I didn't like being forced to select a company that I didn't want, so how could I be pleased?

 + -1 moreI thought the people from Russell s were a nice bunch. They are kind and seem to genuinely care about your problems, no matter how big or little they may be. Like the other companies out there, my only suggestion for changes is, I think they can afford to lower their prices a bit. They are still doing business with me and that is the way I would like to keep it.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with Russells Pest Control. Mostly we were just happy he got rid of the rats. We also liked that he didn't ask or expect money up front. He had a real positive attitude and was a nice guy. We are still waiting for the bill to come, so I was not able to tell you how much it actually cost at this point.
