They were fine, adequate and good. They were reasonable and I did not have any problems with them. It was almost 20 year old system and there were all kinds of leaks in various places and they repaired the leaks for me. They came out within 24 hours to repair my heating and a/c which was good. It wasn't urgent for them to come the same day, but they returned my call and came out the next day and fixed it properly which was good. I didn't have to have anything redone. They were professional and good. I didn't have any problems with the price or the quality or the time or anything to do with the clean up. I don't recall any problems what so ever with them. I would recommend them.

They were in my neighborhood and were very professional. I don't remember as to how much the quote was for. They came and looked at the job. They wanted to do something fancier and hence wanted more money. They were more involved than I really wanted them to be. This was why I went through the process of having more than one vendor to come and look at the job. I had three companies who came and looked at the job. They did very well. The reason that they were not selected had to do with what I wanted and what I could afford. They came back to me in five to six business days with a written response. They were on time. Their Business person and their technical install electrician were professional. I would not use them in the future as I don't think that I would have any further need. I went with another company who charged me $3700 for the job.

I disliked that they gave me an estimate without me being there, they didn't even have to come in the house. She came when she said she would. They were the cheapest estimate so I'd probably get another estimate from them in the future if needed.

I signed a maintenance agreement in July of 2009. Service technicians checked and cleaned both my air conditioner and furnace for a total of 3 times. They did a thorough job and answered all of my questions politely. Service included changing my air filters. Overall I was very please with my experience.

They were excellent, they first sent a sales rep to go over the process, items and costs. Offered us discount possibilities and scheduled the work. They came on time and did the work, and left the house and garage in the same condition they found it in. They came early and stayed until the job was complete. All phone calls regarding the system were returned with instructions. We had a problem with our previously installed air conditioning unit, and because of the service agreement they came on a Sunday night and stayed until they had solved our problem.

Just called to have them check the HVAC out. We weren't having any issues, we just wanted to have it cleaned up and tuned as routine maintenance. The serviceman was polite and efficient. No problems were found. My main issue, and why I gave lower marks, lies in that we were supposed to have had an estimate for duct replacement in the crawlspace and the service tech sent had no idea what I was talking about. He was neither told about the estimate nor qualified to perform one.

He looked professional, he discussed what he would be doing, and I was satisfied with him. The price was less than I have paid in the past. I am planning on signing an annual contract with them.
