Older Weber Grill repair. He called, came to the house, identified the issue, found the materials, asked for a 50% deposit, called me and text me w/ updates throughout the entire process. Completed the install timely. Sent all photos. Very positive and pleased.

Ivan fixed the grill on my 48" Dual Fuel Thor Range that has not worked properly since we purchased it in 2017, others said it can't be fixed! I finally got to use it for the first time! He is amazing, neat and very knowledgeable. He has ordered a part for one of my gas eyes and will be coming back. He serves Knoxville, Tennessee and the surrounding counties.
