Good, but we decided not to pay for the service because we couldn't afford it. The plumber was very nice though.

They Were responsive ,called before getting here, assessed & clearly told me the situation & what it would cost.I had bought a faucet from Locke plumbing since all Lowes & home Depot had was plastic junk readily available in stock at their stores & needed desperately to get a new faucet with valve because of a massive leaking from the old one ( a couple of tubfuls a day) went on to Angie's list found MyProfessionalPlumber gave them a call ,immediately they picked up phone & had a decent time to come over .The repair went thru exactly as it should ,no surprises, Everything was pleasant no worries about the whole procedure.He answered all of my questions . I KNEW it would require more than a wrench ,tape putty, & when he opened the access panel I was right! Glad I called a professional instead of me muddling through it all!!

Very well. Bill was a real professional and did an excellent job installing all of the items.

They were in a little on the expensive side. They were already pricing me for like almost $600 for something that I can get a little bit cheaper done locally instead of having them do it. They pretty much told me that I have a leak and it’s like I already knew I had a leak that’s why I got them come out. The guy was very nice. I already knew what the issue was and I thought in that service call that it was going to be a little bit more than them just looking at it and go and told me I have a leak. They even told me that If they come back out to actually fix the issue, it’s going to be $59 plus $200 plus if they came back out to actually fix the issue.

These guys could have really taken a lot of money, but the guy was super nice and helpful. Simply told me what needed to be fixed and how to do so. I then decided to try and fix it on my own, and he didn't even charge me for the service call. That's how you eanr return business! I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

While searching local plumbing reviews, I noticed a $32 coupon for service call fee. When I called to schedule an appt, the lady i spoke with is the one who suggested I buy it & did tell me how much $ it would save me. I like that the company provides a set cost per repair, rather than an hourly fee. It took several tries for the plumber who came out to get our kitchen sink line cleared, so he was here at least an hour and a half. He was professional & while he suggested joining their "club membership", I didn't feel pressured to do so.

This company has done work for me before. Was pleased with their work, so used them for this special. Again, they did an excellent job replacing the outdoor faucet. Will use them again in the future. The young service tech represented the company very well...Excellent work, I'm very pleased.

7932The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Once he determined that the motor was bad, he looked at the replacement pump that we had already purchased. He then told us that he would need to send a picture of the old machine and the new one to his boss. Once he did that, he came back with an estimate to install the pump at $750!! We then had another person come to install in and he did the entire job for $190 in less than two hours.

Situation was assessed. No evidence of leak from pipes in laundry area. We were told that leak in bathroom was no longer active. However, that was not the case. Unfortunately, we are now working with another plumber in hopes of finding a resolution.

Jamie and the technician, Marcus, were professional and followed through to make sure we were satisfied with the work. When an unexpected problem ar ose, they went above and beyond the normal call of duty to "make it right." I highly recommend them and will use them again if another plumbing issue should arise in the future.

NOTE: The delay in posting this review is due to personal health issues occurring within our family since the completion of the jobs. Both of the repairs/replacements were emergencies. The repair on the hot water hear was straightforward and a temporary fix to allow time for a decision on type of tank replacement. The replacement of the main water line was due to a major leak. I contacted the company and David Hargis was dispatched immediately to access the situation. Jamie Foster, owner. came within a short time and I was supplied with the diagnosis, repair/replace recommendations, and estimate. Included in the job, was the removal of the old hot water heater and installation of a tank less hot water heater. During the line replacement, Jamie and staff encountered numerous problems caused by the home builder's improper installation and use of improper materials during the original main water line installation. Jamie, quickly adjusted the job plan and continued the work. Even with single-digit temperatures, severe wind chills, and other harsh weather conditions, Jamie and staff continued to work to complete the installation of water line. The job cost remained the same even though the completion time was extended. Jamie and staff did everything possible to minimize our time without water. I commend all the staff for a job well done, especially David Hargis for his thoroughness and extensive product knowledge during both jobs. I would recommend the company to anyone requiring plumbing needs. I was impressed by the professionalism of Jamie Foster and his staff, the quick response time, the publication documenting job details and costs, and the overall quality of workmanship. Labor and material rates are reasonable/comparable. The weekend emergency rates are less than two local companies I worked with previously. I will contact this company for planned future work.

This service was worth every penny i paid. I would highly recomend this plumber to any homeowner.

Diagnosed the problem with the old leaking hose immediately. I ordered a new hose online since the size was not available locally. My plumber responded immediately once I told him that the new hose had arrived. He installed the new hose and was very punctual and very professional. Had no problems with water leaking after the plumber installed the new hose. I would recommend this plumber and I will contact him again if I have plumbing needs.

We had our hot water valve cleaned out prior due to low hot water pressure. David came out from the company and provided us with very good service. This worked for several weeks and then we were back to having minimal hot water pressure in our home. I called the company and spoke with Jamie. Jamie came out promptly and replaced the valves at no charge to us. Jamie showed up on time. He was courteous and respectful of keeping our home clean. We have not had any more trouble with our hot water. Jamie is honest and strives to provide good customer service. My husband and I have used My Plumber, Inc before in the past and have always been pleased. We would recommend and use them again ourselves without any reservation.

Marcus was wonderful. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He spent a lot of time trying to find the second clean out which was buried underground. He was very careful about keeping my house clean. Marcus came back with his boss on the following Monday to dig up and replace the sewer line. I really appreciated the fact that they came out on what was a horrible day weather-wise, rain sleet and snow. They quickly resolved the problem and I had my bathrooms back. They came several days later to drop off straw and grass seed so that they could reseed the area as soon as the weather turned better. I would definitely use them again even though they do charge a service fee--discounted for Angie's list members.

The service went great. One plumber came out for the job. He was very knowledgeable in his craft and seemed very honest about the additional services he was willing to perform. He completed the work in about 45 minutes. I him them inspect the lines in a vacant house to make sure there were no leaks. They were able to uncover a main shut off valve and opened it up. He made some very helpful suggestions as well. I had no problem scheduling the deal at all. I would recommend this company to those looking for a trustworthy plumber.

They were very prompt, and the diagnosis or potential sources of the problem were quickly determined. I had enough information to choose the best path for me and my budget. Prices are fixed on a list, and so I knew what the cost would be up front. The plumbers always kept the area clean and left it that way. They were all friendly and had good attitudes - very professional and yet personable. I have never had to call them back for the same problem, and they did not mind my questions or hanging over them as they worked. They also provided excellent information and things to consider as to how to maintain plumbing, and things that can be done for problem prevention. Having just moved to the area, it was great to have a company that was so professional and solid. It was obvious to me that the previous owners of our home had not maintained their plumbing. That could have led to disasters and a lot of cost, but My Professional Plumber was responsive to my requests and provided me the information I needed to make decisions and to get things done right. I will be using them whenever I have any plumbing work. What was surprising was the quality I found in each of the technicians that came out to the house to work over the 2 months. It was obvious that the owner, Jamie Foster, did some good screening to get quality folks. They reflect upon their leadership and love working for him and it shows. There is a sense of quality and professionalism and pride in a quality company in every employee..

Excellent, as far as I can tell.

To start, we have previously ordered a $32 service fee visit from My Professional Plumber on Angie's List's Big Deal. They came out and we were satisfied with their visit. On this occasion, we ordered another $32 plumbing service fee off Angie's List Big Deal. We told them our kitchen faucet squeaked and that the manufacturer (Delta) had sent us the replacement part (free of charge because they warrant their faucets for lifetime), based on the model of our faucet. We requested help with installing the replacement parts Delta had already sent. When the technician arrived today, he told my wife it would cost an additional $233 to replace the part. He then said Delta had sent us the wrong model cartridge and he had a cartridge on the truck that he could use. He installed the part and the faucet now works as it should. He spent approximately 30 minutes at our home. After discussing the service with my wife when I got home from work, I feel our good faith has been taken advantage of. I'm not sure how much of the additional $233 represented the part charge (the receipt was not itemized), but I believe if we had received the wrong part from Delta, they would have sent the right part. The end result is we paid $265 for a part we could have obtained for free, a service fee, and 1/2 hour of labor. It seems excessive. We could have purchased a brand new faucet for less than this repair charge. Andy Fisher Response to Provider Response: We understood that the minimum service fee would not cover the entire service. My point is that not even counting the service fee, your true labor rate was over $400 per hour (not counting the service fee, we were charged $233 for a job that took less than 10 minutes of actual work). That is what seems excessive. The job consisted of replacing a standard issue cartridge in a kitchen faucet. I located the receipt from when we purchased the faucet and we paid $212.00 for it. This should have been a $20 buck job.

The first employee did an inferior job but the boss returned and everything turned out great! The boss found out about the problem from my first rating with Angie's List.

I just bought my first house and was replacing the kitchen faucet. I closed (or so I thought) all of the valves and didn't realize one was stuck in the on position (it was a valve to an instant hot water machine that was not working), so when I disconnected that one, I had a bit of a water fountain. I was able to bend the pipe enough to keep up with the water leak and call some plumbers. First one couldn't come out for 7 hours. Second one didn't answer. I called My Professional Plumber, they answered right away, and the lady on the phone was great! She said Jamie was just finishing up a job and could be at my place within about an hour. She also gave me some things to try to shut off the main water. Unfortunately, having only lived here for 3 days and needed to continuously switch out bowls to catch water, I couldn't quickly find where the main water shutoff was. Jamie was at my house an hour later and was quickly able to take care of the problem and replace a valve. He also showed me where the main water supply was, how to turn it off, and double checked my installation of the kitchen faucet. He was very professional and helpful. Will definitely use in the future!

They sold me a tankless water heater, a water softener for two houses and have continued to service all our plumbing needs. MyPlumber is and will be our plumber for all our plumbing needs due to their care and attention to all the work performed.

Quick - contacted them on the 9th and by COB, I was scheduled for the next day. Field tech called me 30 minutes before. Kept his paper shoes on all the time in house. gave me good estimate (although never going to be happy with costs) but was all what I expected. costs did not exceed their estimate. cleaned up including drying the concrete floor where work was and left. couple of hours total and it was done. Tech was enjoyable to talk to, pressure is normal, what more can be said.
