Description of Work: Did not honor the Angie's list pricing. Told me they had to charge the service fee.

Description of Work: Asked them to install a utility sink and to tie in a spigot for small apt size washer. The company sent a technician who met with my husband (an engineer). We already had the sink and all components needed for installation. All of the plumbing was already in place, as well. There was a line where the spigot could be attached with a simple connector to the existing pipes (ultimately we found the part at Lowes for under $20). My husband outlined what we wanted to the tech, but the ultimate problem was the tech had to call the supervisor remotely for the estimate, and they came up with an entirely too elaborate /extravagant solution to our simple need. Having all the parts, etc., we figured they could just uncap the existing pipe and seal the sink one on, etc. My husband of course turned the tech away when he reported that his boss said $850!! The boss called me to ask why we rejected his service, and wanted to send his tech back out to reevaluate, but we declined. After a wacky estimate like that- without the person throwing the numbers out there even looking at our project himself, there was no way we felt comfortable letting them handle this job. It's a rented warehouse and they were talking about going into the wall, installing this that and the other. Heh- we hired a handyman who did the job for under $100.

Description of Work: They did not apply the $29 discount that was promised by Angie's List. After calling them (Professional Plumber) back, they promised to mail the $29. It never happened.

Description of Work: They came out multiple times to help us with water problems with our washer. They identified an electrical issue that we did not know we had and were very through. I plan on continuing to use them for all my plumbing needs

Description of Work: Replaced and repaired leak in the wall between laundry and bathroom.

Description of Work: They cleared a clog further down the drain. He also ran a camera through the whole drain system to make sure everything was cleared out. He was also able to tell the drains are in good condition and also showed a potential problem with tree roots.

Description of Work: Replaced a dripping kitchen single faucet. They gave me several options, and I selected replacement with a higher quality faucet. Service person arrived slightly ahead of appointment time, and completed the replacement in a timely manner. Quality of work was excellent, and they cleaned up the sink area after the installation was completed.

Description of Work: They cut out and replaced a leaking pipe under my house. They were very professional, and I would assume did a good job, as I haven't been under my house to verify. It was nice that they had a pricing sheet so I knew how much the cost would be. I have to admit, I was a little shocked at the price and will need to do more review next time. But, that is my issue and not theirs. I would recommend them to others.
